Hi Darren. It was a pleasure to help you with the whole process from start to finish. I am very glad that the insurance company agreed there was hail damage on your roof. Sometimes, although it is very obvious even to a non-professional, they do not admitt there has been any damage to the roof. The desire to defend homeowners' interest is a major driver for us. That means that if it is fair for you to be getting your roof replaced due to hail damage, we will fight with you until you get what is your right. Also, we do not want to see anyone fall pray of shaddy contractors. Insurance companies are known to hire larger companies that get hundreds of jobs at a time and have no other choice but to subcontract the work. Everyone have deadlines and noone really cares about YOU. Well, you are the owner of that home which is shelter for your family. So we say to everyone out there looking for a roofing company to choose one that cares about you and your family and your home. Although it took us a little longer than we had anticipated, due to the rotten plywood and the frosty morning on the first day, we were able to finish on budget and on time, the day before it snowed heavily again. It is very important to us that every home-owner is educated about the shape the roof and the decking was in and the steps we take to make ones roof last for the 40 year warranty of the shingle. We thank you for trusting us, but by bringing you up on the roof during the job just solidifies that trust. It is very common to see debris and mostly nails lying around after any exterior work, although they should be cleaned by the contractor. It only took an hour for us to clean around your house, such a small thing that most companies will not do. It was a pleasure to have you as a client.
