Hi John. Thank you for taking some time from your busy life as an Engineer to write about your experience of having your house re-roofed by National Star Roofing. It is great to see you found us great to deal with. Not to sound overly confident, but it is really hard to find companies that function the way National Star Roofing does. The main focus to us is you, the Client. It should always be like that. The client is who is requesting and paying for the services a company provides. Without the client, there is no company. Happy clients are the most valuable asset to our company. They will always keep our reputation high and each and every one is an active source of business. This is why we do all the extras that other companies which are profit-driven will never do, and not charge for them. We will always pay attention to every single detail, spend the time needed to understand the project in hand and do what is to the client's best interest. At the end of the day everyone is happy. You get a great experience of what could easily be negative and a premium new roof while we have another happy client that will bring us more business in the long run.

Hi Paul. I have to say, it has been a great pleasure to meet you and your family and help with your roofing need. We are very happy we were able to get your insurance company to pay for the difference in price between the premium package we offer and what you were covered for. People might not think it is important for the people who have an interest in the company to be doing the work themselves, it is very much so. Being friendly, professional and informative are a few of the perks that come with hiring National Star Roofing. There is hundreds of details that need to be properly addressed during the process of re-roofing, many of which are not visible once the job has been completed, but of great importance to the longevity of the roof. For example, there is an average of 1800 tabs of shingle and around 10,000 nails being installed. If the roofing shingles are not lines up properly, they will not stick as well. Also if they are not cut perfectly around walls, chimneys, skylights, roofing vents and plumbing stacks, it is only time until a leak happens. Most roofing crews do not see themselves in the roofing business in 5-10 years and in order to make a buck more they do cut corners to save on time, headache and material, which results in more money for them. All this comes to the expense of the homeowner, who does not get what he was promised, a roof done right. The members of National Star Roofing are determined to change the stereotype of irresponsible roofers. It will take time, but we will eventually reach our goal. It is up to the client to be writing about their experience online. There is no reason why you as a homeowner should not be looking for the best service, quality and a responsible company.
