After many years in the renovation business we have a really good idea on how long it takes for most renovations. Your washrooms were completed on time and with minimal issues because of the time spent beforehand sources all your finishes. Your renovation was quiet an extensive project including a full kitchen and washroom remodel along with removing a load bearing wall. The transformation of both these areas was quite amazing and we are so glad that you are thrilled with the results. Deleting the wall between your ensuite washroom and your walk in closet really make for a much bigger washroom. Adding the pocket door also saves plenty of space and we are sure the heated tiled floor will add lots of comfort in the winter months. We were able to get the job done on time even though some additional work was added to the original scope of work. It's not easy to do such an extensive renovation without making lots of dust however we make every effort to extract dust by using fans and vacuuming daily to minimize the disruption. We understand that water leaks can be really frustrating and annoying because of the damage they can cause and the frustration finding the cause of the leak. Once the source of the leak was fixed we were able to remove the damaged drywall and make the repairs quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption.
