Kmarie, The renovations you had us complete for you in your home absolutely transformed the look of your home and they look absolutely fantastic. The hardwood floors with matching stained railings and newel post combined with the metal spindles have transformed and updated your beautiful home. The removal of the stucco ceilings combined with new slim LED lighting also compliments the entire ceiling. Adding the large pine baseboards also enhances the look of the rooms combined with painting the entire house actually makes the entire home look like new. When you hire Remodel Construction we are here to do what you want and need not what we want. We can provide suggestions and advice but ultimately we do exactly what you want. Our team of trades ensure that you are completely satisfied when we are finished your renovation and we are there should you need anything post completion. When a large renovation like yours was there has to be good planning on both our side and yours this really helps execute the renovation and helps the renovation flow from start to finish exactly as it did. It was not easy to complete with the delivery challenges we faced with some of the materials however we showed patience and it all worked out in the end. We are not happy until you are happy and we will always ensure that on all of our renovation projects they are completed to our clients satisfaction, not ours. Being clean and protecting your home specifically your existing flooring is paramount that's why we use heavy duty Ram board to protect hardwood and tiles flooring and 3 mill stick down poly on all carpeting. This prevents damage to hard surfaces and protects carpeting from dust and debris from being grounded into them. Leaving your home tidy and clean every day is important for 2 reasons, a tidy job site is a safe job site and secondly we are demonstrating respect for your home as we would our own home.
