    water heater service from a great service tech

    My water heater unexpectedly stopped doing its job. I was first impressed with the after-hours communication with an AccuTech rep; then, he scheduled my appointment on short notice, with a busy schedule. The HVAC tech, Rahul, arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the problem and provided some advice for the future. Well done, Rahul and AccuTech

    New Airconditioner

    We just had our MITS AIR air conditioner installed by a very nice team from Accuserv. They were very knowledgeable and did a very neat and clean job installing our air conditioner on the side of the house, off the ground. It was a whole day job and Ashok took great pride in his work. He explained everything, answering any questions we had. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend the company to my friends.

    Hydronic System and AC

    We have just recently renovated a century home and was in need of a new HVAC system. I researched local companies and came across AccuServ, and from the first call when I spoke with Amanda, I knew we were making the best decision possible. Amanda was so kind and friendly and ensured I was contacted right away by Vlad Valdes their sales rep. Vlad is EXTREMELY knowledgeable in his field and was very prompt at scheduling an on site consultation where we were given information on the options for our heating system requirements. Vlad is friendly, patient and an overall genuinely awesome person to work with. I then had the pleasure of dealing with their in house engineer Jake. Jake Thompson is also wonderful to deal with! There was a bit of a misunderstanding (due to me being a pain in the butt!) but the issue was resolved in a timely and professional manner. The system we put into the home is not only efficient and increased the overall value of the home, but it looks amazing! I have since referred more clients to AccuServ and will most definitely be using them on our future projects. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products and high standards of customer service!! These guys are truly the best at what they do.

    Accuserv is th Best in the Industry

    The Accuserv team is the best in the industry. Our furnace died on a cold winter night. In less than 24 hours from initial contact, we have a brand new furnace installed. Fast, courteous, professional service - what more can you ask for? Thanks James and team, you've got clients for life with us!

    Residantial Furnace and ac

    Our very old heating and cooling unit quit, and since winter was still going strong we definitely needed a new furnace. I called ACCUSERV and following morning Vlad arrived to view our situation and find out what was needed and what we wanted. later the same we had a quote. Next morning Davor and Nick arrived with furnace, ac and custom made return and supply duct connecting sections. Vlad had measured what was needed. All the work was completed in one day. It was a very pleasant and efficient experience from start to finish. Torfinn

    New boiler/water heater combi unit

    The team at AccuServ worked together to help us efficiently after our boiler decided to die on us. Rahul came first to diagnose the problem, just a couple of hours after I called. This young man is a wealth of knowledge!!!! Clearly into what he does, wants to be great at it, and is! The team of young men who came to install the new unit worked tirelessly from 9:30 til about 6:30 or so, to get everything up and running. They were very polite and nice despite having worked such a long day! And afterward they took the time to explain how everything worked, as it was a different system for us. Overall we are very satisfied, and the estimate was accurate as well. Thanks very much, AccuServ!

    Furnace/Tankless replacement

    Hired AccuServ after quoting with 4 different contractors. Very satisfied with the service from the initial consultation and quote to followup discussions and through to the installation. Friendly, helpful and professional service all around, would definitely recommend.

    Boiler Replacement to High Efficiency Combin system

    Old East York home, failing chimney and boiler. Rahul did a terrific job coming up with a new system that would benefit us both in saving money through efficiency and to avoid issues with our chimeny stack. The new system was put in by the crew on short notice, quickly and cleanly over the course of the day. The crew spent extra time rerouting water, hydro and gas lines to open up a much needed storage area. I am very happy with their work and would recommend Accuserve anytime

    Furnace Maintenance + Nest

    Rahul has been helping me out with my HVAC for years! He's very professional, dedicated and prompt. I was having some issues with the Nest thermometer telling me that my furnace kept shutting off before 15mins. Rahul diagnosed the system, adjusted some settings and suggested some additional solutions. Now the furnace works as it should and I won't have a cold winter :) Thanks again and see you next maintenance!

    Heating and AC

    My small business required a new warehouse furnace to replace a 40-year-old unit which was on it’s last legs. I naturally turned to AccuServ, an organization I had previously used to replace an electric furnace and air conditioning system in my home. As expected, once I found their prices very fair, their advice very sound, their installation crew punctual, courteous, and extremely competent. I would highly recommend this organization to my family, friends and to everyone else in the GTA.
