    reinstall combi boiler

    boiler needed to be reinstalled as had be installed improperly - they did an excellent job and the next day came and worked out problems with radiators that weren't working well - wished I had used them in the first place

    Furnace Repair

    Our furnace was only blowing cold air so called up AccuServ to book a service appointment for the next day. A technician (didn't catch his name) arrived and correctly assessed the problem which required a part to be replaced. They ordered the part and it was ready for repair the next day. Another techician named Kwame came over and replaced the part, explained why it happened and gave some other good advice. He's a really knowledgeable guy who went above and beyond. Overall, my expectations were exceeded.

    Complete HVAC - Amazing Experience

    AccuServ was amazing - from the initial panicked call on a Sunday night to the final product on Friday afternoon! Everyone I dealt with was spectacular. Erich who came to diagnose and repair the broken furnace and did the only responsible thing by red carding our furnace to ensure our family’s safety when he recognized that the old furnace had been compromised by previous owners and we were completely oblivious to it. Followed by Vlad’s visit who came to asses our needs and provide us with a complete and comprehensive estimate. He had unwavering patience to explain everything and answer any random question we threw at him - All that with a smile on his face! Finally came the installation and every single tech that worked tirelessly to give us excellent customer service! Yes, we’re talking about you; Aaron, Nick, Dilraj and Davor. You all left our place immaculate. Thank you also to Jake, James and the lovely lady at the office who took all our calls. The furnace room was left in tip top shape, the AC looking flawless outside and the tankless water heater a big winner in our books. Thank you for the incredible experience. From start to finish you made a HUGE impression. We’ll definitely recommend your service ! Way to go AccuServ and Thank YOU!

    Furnace Repair

    Came home to a cold house on a cold day. We called and got immediate service. Kerian and Kwame were friendly, quick, knowledgable and fixed our problem. Kerian went out of his way to call Kwame and make sure that we had space heaters for the night to stay warm and Kwame was nice enough to stop by and drop them off later in the evening. It was very much appreciated. We would definitely call this company again if we had a problem with our furnace again.

    Gas Fireplace repair and service

    My gas fireplace was not igniting. I called Accuserve. The person who answered was polite and helpful promising that someone would call back to schedule an appointment. Within a couple of hours I received a call and I had a technician at my door at 9am the following morning and by 10am my fireplace had been serviced, cleaned and repaired. I'd recommend this company.

    Sinply the best!

    It is so hard to find reliable contractors that respect your property, are professional, do what they say they are going to do, are experts in their field, are detailed and helpful in understanding and explaining in layman’s terms what is being done, show up ON TIME. AccuServ is all the above. My wife and I have never had a contractor in our home that even comes close to Eric. And we have had 100’ s of them over the last 25 years. Eric who survived our furnace, air conditioner, balanced our ducts, repaired and cleaned fireplaces is top notch. You can trust AccuServ to do the job right, at a fair price.

    Furnace safety check

    I needed a technician to check furnace safety in an unoccupied house where the furnace had not operated for several months. Eric was perfect. He did everything efficiently and pleasantly including the CO tests.

    Replaced Furnace

    16 year old furnace finally broke down on Thursday night. Called AccuServ on Friday and they sent Vlad over in the afternoon to assess my situation. Upon examining my existing furnace, he also suggested some additional items I should replace along with the furnace to make it run more efficiently. He explained everything clearly and was patient in answering all my questions. Once the contract was signed, James came over at night to supply me with portable heaters to ensure our house was not unbearably cold. In addition, he managed to get a team in to replace my furnace on the Monday. The three-person team that installed my furnace was extremely professional. The installation ran smoothly and they kept the place spotless afterwards. I am ecstatic with the quick turnaround in getting my furnace installed. AccuServ understood my emergency and they acted very quickly to get my family warm and comfortable again. AccuServ may not have given me the lowest quote for furnace installation but their professionalism from start to finish was what sold me on them. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service I received and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

    Removed oil tanks/old furnace/old a/c replaced with new furnace a/c

    Great from start to finish. On time every time Neat, articulate easy to understand each step process was explained at every step Great installers This was a very big job with bad stairs - they worked from am to pm

    Furnace repair and replacement

    Very happy with our new furnace and the service we received! Totally friendly workers and very respectful of our home. I really feel like we received an honest opinion and fair price for the service and product. I would recommend them to friends
