Colm at Act Fast came by to do the quote very quickly and was professional and very helpful so we understood all our options. We ultimately went with him as he worked with our general contractor before and his price was competitive. He was also willing to work outside normal hours to help keep our basement reno schedule as on track as possible. Other companies weren't able to do the work or even come by for a quote for at least 2-3 weeks given the demand for waterproofing. Ultimately Act Fast did the work on schedule, on budget, and did a quality job. I would recommend them.
