After another waterproofing company said they were done, Act Fast came in and did all the proper finishing. Professional, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have waterproofing done.

Colm and his team, did a great job. On time, on budget, and top quality work. Colm is extremely professional and clearly passionate about the work his team does.

Colm was great to work with. The price was very reasonable and the job was finished on time. Garbage and materials were taken and cleaned up when the job was completed.

Waterproofing our Victorian semi in downtown Toronto posed some unique challenges, including rock-hard clay soil that required extra labour to expose the foundation wall. Colm and his crew worked hard in hot weather, taking the challenges in stride and never losing their sense of humour. Firstly, I would like to thank Colm for his expert job in doing waterproofing in my basement. We had a crappy contractor initially who messed the job halfway and Colm was so professional to take over, did a detailed analysis and also charged reasonably to fix the water problem so brilliantly. Colm is the man for water problems in the basement and I would highly recommend him.

Colm removed mold and coated the walls with crystalized waterproofing cement. This was done about a year ago and the basement has been great ever since. We highly recommend Act Fast Waterproofing!
