Basement Renovation
While renovating basement we noticed that there was some water seepage into the basement at the rear wall. We hired Colm to complete the interior waterproofing and we were very satisfied with the work performed. Colm was courteous and professional through out the process. He also was very considerate with his pricing as we have already maxed out the budget for the basement reno project. We would highly recommend him for any waterproofing project you may have.

Drain and weeper supply and install
Drain and weeper install In May of last year I hired Colm and his crew to lay some drains and weeping tile on two masonry projects we were working on and I was very satisfied with the work They were clean and tidy at each step throughout the project and all the guys are very approachable and willing to work with us when we needed them to stay on time with our projects and I would not hesitate to use their services again

Waterproof and Rebuild foundation wall
Act Fast came quickly and did work in a tight space that was rejected by other Waterproofing companies due to precieved lack of access. Colm was courteous, professional and provided work to an extremely high calibre. He stuck to his quote in spite of challenges encountered working with a very old foundation. I should never have issues with this wall again. Highly recommended.

Exterior Foundation Waterproofing
As someone who had worked in property management, Colm is one of the easiest trades person I have ever dealt with. Our house needed foundation waterproofing. Due to the lack of space, there is no possibility of using any heavy machinery. Colm and his colleagues did an incredible job. They broke 30 feet of concrete pavement, then did all digging and refilling manually. The waterproofing was done to perfection (patching, rubber coating, laying weeping tile and membrane installation). What’s more, Colum removed all debris after the job, leaving our yard perfectly clean. We no longer have to worry about water in the basement after heavy rain storms. I will not hesitate to recommend Colum to any of my friends.

External waterproof
Did a great job with my waterproofing. My basement was leaking - they fixed it and ensured no further leaks would occur at the front of my house. Will be recommending to all of my friends and neighbours.

Waterproofing
As a GC I deal with a lot of trades, Colum has been one of the nicest, honest and hard working individuals I have ever worked with. We got 14 feet of external Waterproofing done in the summer by Act Fast. I liked that they parged the wall with a type S cement before applying the tar. The other companies who gave us a quote were going to skip this stage. I am very pleased with the end result and would totally recommend these guys!

Internal Waterproofing, Basement
After moving into our new home in a very wet April, we noticed moisture building under our belongings in our basement. After many quotes and consultations we were referred to Colm and the Act Fast team, and they provided us with excellent service. They were professional, extremely efficient and charged a very fair price. They advised that we have a sump pump installed, and two walls waterproofed. We have not experienced any further issues with our basement since, and feel confident in the work that was done. We continue to happily recommend this great team to our friends and family.

Drain pipe replacement and waterproofing
We noticed sediment in our toilet and had a camera inspection of the drain pipe. We hired Act fast to fix the broken drain pipe. They also waterproofed the front foundation wall and installed a window well. Colm was professional, reliable and fast. The quality looks good and they left everything clean.

Waterproofing
I needed 2 window wells , 22 ft of waterproofing and a sump pump. Colm Hendrick was thorough. Explained the process did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Act Fast

Flooded Basement
We noticed water coming into our basement and called Act Fast Waterproofing. They recommended the installation of a sump pump and 50 feet of internal waterproofing. The crew of four were in and out and in one day and fixed our problem. We liked their attention to detail on every aspect of the job and would recommend them to our friends
