We experienced moisture issues in our basement. Water seeped through the joints in the side wall and collected in small paddles on the floor. Doctor Rooter waterproofed it from the inside and installed sump pump for us.

I contracted Dr. Rooter for, what turned out to be, a rather unique multi-property drainage system problem. Oleg supported us through several service appointments while he pursued a resolution and was committed to help us. His team of employees were always personable, polite and cleaned the work area upon completion. Oleg was knowledgeable and communicative. The end cost for the several service calls supplied was much less than it could have been otherwise, our problem has been resolved and we are very happy with the result. I highly recommend Oleg and Doctor Rooter services.

We were in the midst of basement renovation when removing the drywall revealed two big cracks in our foundation. Concerned with the timeline for the renovation we contacted Dr. Rooter on Thursday night at 9:00pm. By, 10:00pm, Oleg from Dr. Rooter was at our door ready to assess the situation. After thorough assessment, he gave us a very reasonable quote and we booked for excavation for Saturday morning. Punctual on time Dr. Rooter’s team got to work very early Saturday morning. They were absolute professionals, respectful, and meticulous in every aspect of the job. The job involved removing, our patio slabs, excavation about 8ft deep, cleaning the foundation and applying foundation tar, installing delta membrane, installing new drainage pipes. After everything was done with fantastic precision, they replanted our plant and put back the patio slabs, everything looked exactly how it was prior to the commence of the project. To top it off, while they were there, they installed a new faucet for our kitchen and fixed our leaky toilet with a fair price. We highly recommend Dr. Rooter and we are glad we did this project with them.

Doctor Rooter and his team are incredible! The sudden snow melt happened on the week of March 10, 2015 created a daily waterfall in our basement. We have called more than 4 contractors for quotes, and we found Dr. Rooter to be the most knowledgeable and also reasonably priced company that had met our need. The team leader, Oleg and his team showed up on time and worked very hard and managed to finish the entire basement waterproofing within 2 days! The crew were very professional and efficient and left everything tidy afterwards. We highly recommend this company to friends and family as they have exceeded our expectations!!

Doctor Rooter is the best plumber in the city! I was having plumbing issues at home and within hours, he was at my front door. Oleg takes pride in his work, and it shows. I would recommend this company to anyone :)

We have a cottage on lake simcoe which had a crawl space 4 feet deep which we wanted to convert to full basement. After calling 10+ companies we decided to go with Oleg from Dr. Rooter. He came and presented himself as extremely professional, from estimate all the way to the finish. Price was reasonable and he was always punctual, crew came on time, always polite and clean after themselves. Dr. Rooter did underpinning in the time he promised. Now we have 8 feet basement that we can use as living space. I would highly recommend Oleg from Dr. Rooter for all your projects needs. Would do business again.

We hired Doctor Rooter to install toilet,bathroom vanity and faucet as a part of the ongoing renovations. Oleg and assistant Vlad showed up on time and they work quick and very professional. I'm absolutely satisfied with the quality of work and customer service.

I found Doctor Rooter on kijiji yesterday. Oleg and Sergey arrived that same evening to powerflush the drain. Unfortunately, there was not enough pressure to break the clog and flush the system. The camera showed that the clog was in the same spot as before and would not budge. Oleg suggested to excavate and change that piece of the drain system and install a back water valve while the system was accessible. I live in North Bay, Ontario and could not travel to Toronto on short notice to meet with Oleg and be there to see the work being done. All communication was done over the cell phone and by email. They finished the drain by evening and sent pictures of the progress from start to finish. Just to be sure that everything was in good order, Oleg put the camera again and found another problem, but this time, it was on the side of the drain system that belongs to the City of Toronto. He called the Toronto City Services emergency line and they said it would take up to 8 hours for them to respond! They also said that either the owner of the house or the contractor must be on-site. Oleg agreed to wait for them without any hesitation. He remained on-site for several hours... waiting patiently until the City of Toronto emergency services crew arrived. I am truly overwhelmed with the excellent customer service that Oleg and the Doctor Rooter team provided... Very highly recommended! Kris K.
