Guys from dr.rooter helped me out today. Oleg and Sergio came to do the kitchen snake. It took them 30 min to get here and 15min to finish it all. Great experience.Great custom service. Recommend to others.

Oleg and his crew at Dr. Rooter installed all the new drains and supply lines for our on going renovation and helped us pass our plumbing inspection afterwards. He also replaced the lead pipe water main into our house and sections of our old cast iron stack where all the new drains from the renovation tied in. He got the job done well cleaned up afterwards and the price was right. Very happy with the work and will definitely call him again in the future.

Very professional job, they worked hard to get a 3 day job done in 1. They were highly knowledgeable and kept true to their word with a very good warranty.

We had a moisture issue in our basement: damp smell and small spots of mold. My husband is DIY guy, but all his attempts to fix didn't make it better, in fact over time it got worse. So we searched for an expert. We got couple of estimates and choose doctor rooter to go with. Bill was great, answered all our questions and phone calls,even gave us tips how to keep the basement warm at winter time. They fixed two cracks in the basement wall, had to dig deep enough, it was nearly the bottom of the footing level. The whole job complete in two days with minimum disruption and total clean up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this guys.

I have clocked bathtub. I called few companies and decided to go with Doctor Rooter. Oleg explained me the process and aware if he cant solve my problem he will not charge a cent. Im glad that i stick to Doctor Rooter. Fast clean job.

We had a stubborn clogged kitchen drain. Oleg from Dr. Rooter was great, it was about 20 feet deep into the drain pipe, but they got it fixed with minimal disruption and cost. Given the challenging job that was not easily fixed, Oleg gave us a very fair price. This is the second time we've used Dr.Rooter and we wouldn't hesitate to call again or recommend him to friends or family.

Oleg, Sergi and Vlad were great! They worked very hard to remove the tree root and installed the back water valve. They had to work in a tight area under the front porch, digging 8 feet down and in the dark. Words can not express my gratitude for their hard work. They were quick, very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and definitely would hire them again. Thanks guys!

I had a crack in my basement, I called Doctor Rooter, they were here super quick, the work began right away. The workers were all professional and used tarps to cover my grass as well as my walls. it took them only one day to do everything which really impressed me. the price was good, the service was excellent and most of all I had no problems. I strongly recommend these guys!
