    Basement junk removal

    I Had to get rid of a lot of clutter that had been piling up in the basement over the years so turned to Homestars to find a good junk removal company. The first two companies I contacted didn't pick up my call so I kept going down the list until I came to We-Haul. Marc picked up my call immediately and gave me a rough idea about the price but said he would come by and give me a free no-obligation quote. Marc and his crew showed up on time and gave me a very reasonable quote of $300 which I agreed to. They got rid of all the junk, including a bulky air hockey table, in less than an hour and did so in a professional and respectful manner. Once everything was loaded up Marc said that the load wasn't as much as he thought and dropped the price by $20. I felt this was a nice touch and admired his honesty. I will certainly be using We-Haul again should I need any junk removed in the future.

    Junk removal - WOW

    Couldn't be happier. What I liked about these guys was that their prices were on their website and you could estimate upfront what the cost would be. They arrived on time and were pleasant and polite - their quote was very reasonable and what I expected. It couldn't have been an easier transaction and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

    Junk Removal

    Hired Marc and his buddy to do a full load removal. They came as requested and they were great. They took everything that we wanted gone totally hassle free, including some big and heavy pieces. Probably the best price in the business as well. Will definitely use them again without hesitation. Thanks Marc.

    Junk removal

    We had a lot of different items to remove including construction waste, large concrete parking barriers, a metal shed and a fridge in our basement. Marc and his partner came to quote and was able to do the work right then. Other places who quoted seemed to feel that the concrete and fridge would be particularly challenging, but Marc said they would be no problem....and he was right. They were able to remove all of it very quickly. I was stunned that just two of them were able to remove the concrete with no additional equipment and they were quite patient and helpful as we attempted to remove the exterior door to get the fridge out of the house. Their work was top quality and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    Junk removal

    I desperately needed to get rid of a couch and some debris from outside my house. They arranged to come out the next day and promptly removed everything, cleaning as they went. They where professional and extremely politely and very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them!

    Junk Removal

    Mark and his colleague came to my house. Costed it out on the spot-honestly and fairly. Picked up all the junk, did the job quickly and efficiently and did not make a mess. Great attitude and will definitely hire him another time. Thanks Mark.

    JUNK REMOVAL

    Real nice young guys that i use often. I run an interior design company and have used marc and his crew numerous times over the years for junk and construction waste removal. He is very personal, has reasonable rates and is very reliable. Something that is hard to find in the disposal industry. I would definitely use their service if you are needing any junk service.

    Office de-cluttering and garbage removal

    Good service. Helpful from start to finish. charged us 400 to de-clutter and remove old office supplies and equipment. Charged an extra 50 for the elevator service.... Understandable. Very helpful from the second I made the call till the moment they left. Was very satisfied with the service

    Great service

    I called We-Haul on Monday afternoon. To my surprise, a real person, Marc, answered the phone. (Other service I had called either did not answer, or were answered by machine, and my call was never returned. ) Two men arrived promptly the next morning. They called in advance as promised. They gave a quote, and cleaned all the junk out of our garage. They lowered the final price somewhat as the bin was not quite as full as they expected. I am thrilled with their service, their courtesy, and their quick response. I will definitely recommend this company to others, and use them again if the need arises.

    Punctual, reliable, efficient, organised and cheap

    Selling the house and downsizing - over the years, I had piled up loads of stuff I no longer had use for. The process was painless: straightforward info over the phone and accurate quote upon visiting the premises. We-haul / Marc were very punctual: they showed up at the time that had been agreed upon and I appreciated the text confirming their ETA on the day of. They were well organized and did a very clean job - it was pouring rain that day and the beige carpet was still clean by the time they were done. They were fast, efficient, thorough and courteous. All that for a price (cost by cubic feet) that absolutely beats the competition. Also very honest – last load wasn’t totally full (not by much) and Marc did bring the price down. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
