    Roof repair

    Quick and helpful Received fast service. Fixed the leak. I am happy with the work. The roof hasn't leaked since. Greg took photos and explained the problem to me. I think that was an important part of the service because I couldn't get up to the roof to see the problem myself. Greg returned to help me diagnose a condensation problem in my attic space. No charge!! Just plain good will. Thanks again Greg. Thanks

    Above average Did a good job. However, it is still early to judge whether the work was done properly. Time will tell if no leakage will occur. As well, I did not have a chance to canvass, so I'm not sure if their price is competitive enough.

    Great work and quick to respond! Greg was quick to come and first investigate my roof leak and provide his opinion with supporting photo's. Greg was also quick to complete the work and provide photo's through out the repair process. As your typical home owner that has never been on their roof, Greg's visual method of showing the client what is up there, what needs to be done, how it was done and the end result, was greatly appreciated.

    Roof repair

    Greg is very knowledgeable, experienced and takes pride in his work! Greg was able to promptly provide a detailed assessment of our gutters, a quote for repair work, and photographs (with description) of the problems areas. He was interested in answering all my questions regarding the type of repair work they would do. I was immediately very comfortable that Greg was knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, and took pride in his business. I have no hesitation in recommending Greg!

    An experienced and honest contractor. Greg was the only contractor out of 3 that I tried that correctly assessed the problem and devised reasonable and cost effective solution. The repair was seamless and is standing up well after 2 years. I highly recommend Crucial Roofing

    Roof repair

    Arrived on schedule, worked hard, did a good job cleaning up worksite. Responded to query quickly, unlike a couple other local roofers we tried to contact. Provided quote promptly, explained their warranty well. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard to complete quickly, and did a good job cleaning up after completion.

    Job well done at a reasonable price. Recommended. These guys were able to do a job that many other companies wanted nothing to do with. Clay (concrete) tile roof repair is a pain. They got the job done and were pleasant to work with. The cost was fair. The only negative was the wait time, but I suppose that had as much to do with lousy Vancouver weather as anything.

    Thanks Scott. Yes indeed... Mother Nature can be our fiercest ally and our best friend all in the same day. As far as the weather is concerned you can never please a roofer. It's too wet, it's too hot, it's too windy. I've seen them all. The worst is wet because a leak continues to leak if we can't put some sort of temporary patch on the problem. Sorry about the delay getting to you but I'm glad your happy and satisfied now. Cheers. Greg

    Sunroof repair

    Fixed the leak coming from my roof windows Greg did a great job cleaning out our windows. It got done fast and it's not leaking anymore! Will definitely recommend. I appreciated the photos they sent to me with the before and afters.

It's unfortunate that a home owner of a concrete tile roof, such as yourself, has to experience a leak around a skylight before they learn of the maintenance requirement that accompanies these details.     Roof repair

    Greg was prompt in returning all phone calls and addressed all of my questions with expertise and complete honesty. He never tried to convince me of services that I didn't need but rather presented me with all the information and let me make the final decision. All his work was performed exactly as he described and pictures were taken throughout the process; giving me an update of all work being done. Greg and Randy were completely professional and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else.

I want every customer of mine to know, and even see with the photos I send them, how their money is being spent and why we had to do the work.
