    Leaking roof repair

    mysterious leak behind facial board Greg Crucial and his colleague diagnosed a rather elusive leaking problem which was traced to a gutter problem rather than a roof breach. Very professional and courteous work performed on a perplexing issue. I would highly recommend Crucial Roof Services for anyone needing roofing work. R.S

    Roof and Attic repair

    Excellent Work The team did a great job, they were there as promised, they left the job site clean and the price was as committed. Greg found a minor problem in the attic and repaired it for no extra charge. I would highly recommend Greg and his team.

    Roofing services

    Very professional. Excellent communication and prompt service. Taking roofing to a whole new quality of service. He took the time to carefully explain all procedures and the reasons for them. Thank you

    Roof repair

    Crucial Roof Services Ltd provides excellent customer services. Greg is very knowledgeable and is very willing to explain and educate us of what's the problem on our roof / attic. He took lots of photos to show us too. The price is reasonable, and he also did a few things for us with no charge! we will definitely have him come back to maintain our roof in the future or to do any type of roof work! We are very happy with their service.

    Roof repair

    had water coming in to main hall of house through leak in roof or skylight guess on the phone was skylight ball park $600 to $800 found on inspection 250 to 300 was a shingle problem roof fixed no leak excellent job had pictures from cell phone camera for me to see all went well leak stopped everybody happy!!!

Too many times roof issues occur and home owners are ill prepared for the financial burden of those repairs. I know honesty is the best way to build my company. Whenever I tell someone that they don't need to spend any money on their roof because it is in good condition; I know I have earned a potential client for life. Here's hoping you stay dry too! Greg

    Roof repair

    Very helpful and quick to respond. Gives very good info and pictures of the roofing situation which is appreciated. Also, on time, cleans up etc. Crucial roof ltd. Highly recommended!

    Roof and deck repair

    These days it is really hard to find someone who provides not only great workmanship but also extraordinary customer service. I would definitely recommend Crucial Roof Services to anyone that needs a roofing contractor.

    Roof repair

    I went with Greg and Crucial Roof Services because it was clear from our first conversation that he was committed to doing excellent work. Although not the cheapest quote I received, it was clear that the workmanship and materials would be superior, along with a better warranty. Greg wanted me to understand the structure of the roof membrane and why certain features were necessary. He recommended improvements to the ventilation to prolong the roof's life. At all stages he kept me informed of the schedule and their progress through telephone calls and email. When a small break in the weather opened up, he brought in extra crew to get the job done faster. He invited me up to the roof several times during the work to show me the progress and answer questions. After the work was completed the site was left clean. I would definitely recommend Crucial Roof Services to anyone wanting a good roofing experience.
