    Trex Deck

    Jay and his team at Greenside Up were outstanding! From the design of our deck to the construction - the workmanship was top notch. Jay and his team answered every question we had and made the whole process so smooth and enjoyable. The attention to detail and the fact that they were not happy unless we were happy was a breath of fresh air! We were so happy with the work and the fact all we had to do at the end was step out onto our new deck and enjoy ourselves. Thanks to Jay and his team! We will be definitely hiring them for our future projects and highly recommend them to all our friends!!

    Thumbs up to Green Side Up!

    Our backyard fence, along with 4 other connecting neighbours’ fences went from ugly, old and falling down to fantastic in just days! Jay’s crews were respectful and friendly. They kept the work site tidy and were mindful of plants as best as they could while installing the fences. Jay kept communication open throughout the entire process and always responded quickly from start to finish. He also came by to check on things periodically during the build and again to ensure the finished fences were perfect. Green Side Up uses high quality materials so you can be sure they will stand up well against the elements and time! Jay is a man of integrity and when we found a little glitch on one of the posts this spring he came back personally and fixed the problem in minutes! He really does care about his customers and his community as well. We have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Green Side Up! Thanks again Jay and your awesome work crews!

    Replacement Cedar Deck

    Project included demolition of existing deck, this was done neatly, leaving the site clean. New foundations, and pressure treated structure were stronger than required. (Building Department inspector was impressed.) Cedar decking, railing and skirting installation was high quality, as were the materials used. Green Side Up takes pride in their attention to detail and it shows. During construction the friendly crew provided options and answered any questions we had. Company owner was always in touch and easy to reach. Project cost was quite fair especially considering the increase in wood costs during the Pandemic.

    Deck replacement

    We were expecting a nice new cedar deck - but we got an amazing deck instead! Even with the shortage of lumber during the pandemic we got exactly what was promised, and right when it was promised for. Our compliments to Jay, Chase and the team! H and H

    New Fence in December!

    Excellent job - love the new fence. It was put in incredibly fast and after much snow had fallen. No one else would consider the job until Spring but Jay and his team were able to complete it extremely quickly. The entire crew was great - every time I looked out, they were all smiling which says a lot of the crew is happy. Jay was a pleasure to deal with and I appreciate how he gave back to the community and those less fortunate just before Christmas. I will most definitely call them with any future project going forward. They have raised the bar very high!

    Fence replacement

    Fence collapsed after a wind storm in November, was panicking because winter was coming Jay and the crew went out of their way to assure everything looked perfect, and it was. I asked for some special things and they were met without an issue. Would highly recommend them and will use again. Maybe a new deck. Thanks to you Jay and the great crew.

    Deck and fence

    Chase and his team completed an amazing job. They showed up on time. Cleaned after themselves. Communicated the daily plan. We highly recommend them. Stephen who installed the railing and privacy screen, also, completed a great job.

    Replacement of my old Falling Down Fence

    Jay and his Red Seal Carpenter, Chase, and his team, did an amazing job of replacing our old, Falling Down Fence with a Beautiful, New Fence. This was done on time and on budget. The guys did a great job cleaning up as they went along. They were on the job first thing in the mornings and worked non stop till late each evening till the job was completed. We would recommend this company to our family, friends and neighbors.

    Backyard Fence

    Needed a new fence on all 3 sides of backyard. From the site visit and quote provided by Jay to construction completed by Chase & his team - all went according to plan. Very friendly crew. Look around your neighbourhood - most fences have 4" posts. This company puts in 6" posts / 4 feet deep. It's not going anywhere! Gates are reinforced with corner hardware = solid. I would definitely recommend Green Side Up Contracting !

    Fence Build

    We hired Green Side Up for a fence build in our backyard and we couldn't be happier with their quality of work. The crew worked efficiently and they were very professional and friendly.
