    Fence

    Fence project for 4 Neighbours

    This is hands down the best experience i have had with a contractor. Jay made this so easy, especially when dealing with 4 different yards, and all the neighbours attached. Jay is the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with, so their was never a question of when things would be completed. Jay walked us through the process step by step, so their were no surprises. The fences look amazing. I would highly recommend Green Side Up Contracting, for any contracting needs. I will be using them for all my contracting needs.

    New Fence

    Thanks Jay, Mariana, Daniel and team for an excellent job in replacing our fence. We have 2 dogs and a corner lot, they made sure to put in the extra effort to complete the work quickly despite the weather to minimize any disruptions. Jay and his team are trustworthy, dependable and do top quality work. Definitely recommend.

    New Fence / Gates and Drain

    We hired GreenSide up to help us replace our fence and solve a drainage issue we had for years. We were in the middle of a Reno and one of our Neighbours wanted an earlier start date and additional work. GreenSide was incredibly accommodating and came in early to do half the project and additional work for our Neighbours. They were then able to wait a couple of months with no additional cost and came back to finish the work. There was even a last minute hiccup where we had to delay slightly further due to a last minute Reno change. GreenSide had no issues working to accommodate our schedule. Zack was incredibly friendly, flexible and willing to assist where ever he could. The site was left clean each day. They were also able to accommodate a last minute request to help install a fence drain to solve our water issues! A few weeks after the project we had an issue with one of the gates. GreenSide dropped by without any issue and at no cost to fix the issue. They did an awesome job and I would recommend them for their quality and flexibility!

    First a beautiful deck then an amazing fence!

    Green Side Up built a beautiful deck for us in 2018. They just completed a brand new fence along our property. The crew did an amazing job, completing the work quickly. The fence is exactly the way we wanted it. Jay and his team are excellent indeed!

    Great service and great communication!

    Thank you Jay and Mariana! They helped us out of a pinch and did a great job. We had hired a fencing contractor/handyman who was unable to do the job, due to illness. I called Jay in early November and he and his crew got the job down by the 3rd week in November, despite the snow and freezing temperatures. We had to replace an old fence and gate, after having removed a large, dying tree. Their crew members were polite, considerate and more importantly, did a great job! I LOVE the new gate! The work had to be paused during the below zero temperatures but it was completed in very reasonable time, which impressed us. Jay is excellent at communicating with the customer and we were always aware of the process. We will have them back in the spring to do more work.

    Retaining Wall and Fence

    This fence job is something we were both looking forward to greatly and had immense nerves about for a long time. We had seen our previous, old, badly constructed fence take quite a beating over the past couple of years as the climate and sloping backyard gave it a beating. At first, we were thinking of finding an alternative to the customary wood fence because we wondered whether thinking of different materials would help it last longer. We wanted to make sure our fence was as close to a forever fence as could be. The work this team did has exceeded our expectations. Jay and his team were wonderful to work with from beginning to end. They are professional, organized, great at communicating (something we notice is in short supply in the contracting world), and take great pride in their work. The retaining wall they made is something beautiful. And the fence looks like it will keep all the zombies away once the apocalypse hits;) Thanks Jay, Zach, and team!

    Full fence replacement

    We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the new fence installed by Green Side Up around the full perimeter of our backyard. They did a terrific job from quote to completion, and were very responsive to all of our requests and questions throughout the project. We particularly appreciated Mariana's focus on ensuring there was good communication and follow-up, and Daniel's calm leadership as the crew chief on the fencing job. We highly recommend Green Side Up.
