Hi Mari and Milla, We replaced the four fence boards your husband didn't like. We picked up the gravel that got turned into the ground through the four consecutive days of rain we had....all before we even requested the final walk through. We also accommodated you with 5% discount which you quickly accepted. I'm also very surprised that your husband didn't mention ONE word of your unhappiness when I met with him to pick up the final payment and conversed with him for just under five min. In fact it was the opposite when we were talking, he wanted to know if "it was too late for us to do your landscaping project this year?" which I said it was. At the end of the day, although your husband's two concerns were quickly addressed, it's very disappointing that you feel this way. But a zero out of ten and "AVOID"...really?? That's bizarre.... Please keep in mind you have a four year warranty on the fence posts and framework and if you ever have any issues please let me know.
