We had an excellent experience with Meadow Ridge Plumbing and Gas. We have a Roman tub and had heard they can be very difficult to fix when they have tap problems. Keith and Dwayne arrived early, got right to work, and quickly identified the problem. They were able to fix it on the spot. They were extremely friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. We highly recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with a plumbing problem! Excellent service and great price.

Richard, Dwayne and Kieth came to our house to remove the remaining poly B that was still in our home and install a bathtub and then replace the Poly B main line into the house as a Trenchless job. The inside job went smoothly and quickly and they were very efficient and precise. The trenchless job was another story. What should have been a relatively straightforward operation became a two day ordeal because of the pipe being layed in the wrong place when the house was built in the 80's They found the main line was installed around foundation walls underground and they could not pull the cable through and ended up snapping the cable. This then required them to jackhammer an additional hole in the basement livingroom to find the problem. To make a long story short, these guys worked there tails off to find a solution to the problem and fix it so that we would not have to dig a new trench to the house. Richard, Dwayne and Kieth are definitely on the top tier of there skilled trade, they were professional, straightforward and very committee to getting the job done and the fees were very reasonable and the service was outstanding for a job of this difficulty level. We would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants true professionals. Thanks Again Meadow Ridge Plumbing and gas.

Really hate to leave a negative review for smaller local businesses, but we need to NVR honest about the poor service provided. We had a tankless hot water (Navien) system installed. We’ve had endless issues with it, and have been told by more than one professional that it was installed incorrectly. The first big issue we had, it was still under warranty, but we were still charged a service fee to come and repair one of the issues with the install. Unfortunately that was not the only issue, as you can see from the photos below. The overflow valve/pipe was actually installed to drain directly onto the floor, causing a flood and rotting floor boards. The PH filter was installed vertically, which is apparently incorrect, needs to be horizontal to work. They also broke the built-in screw on connection to the bottom of the tankless and instead attached the pipe with this poor rubber connection. In the end we had to spend almost $2000 to repair all the mistakes from the install by Meadow Ridge Plumbing. Very disappointed!

We have a 25 year old home. 3 levels fully finished. Had Poly B piping which had become an issue for some insurers. Richard came by and gave us some great advice on pipe replacement. Work was done to our entire satisfaction. Crew was great as well. They knew what they were doing and did it well.

We had our polyB pipe in the house replaced a year ago. Now we had them back to replace the main water line. They were prompt, efficient and very friendly. Extremely good service and highly recommend them. Grant and Sharon Robertson

This is hands down the best plumbing and gas company I've ever dealt with. Honest, reliable, and professional from the very top to bottom. It's rare to find businesses like this today. This was the third time we've called Meadow Ridge for work needed in our house and each time they've been amazing. I recommend you give Richard a call before anyone else.

We were concerned about our Poly-B piping as we were redoing our floors with Engineered hardwood. Would we have to replace them before we started work on the floor. Richard Lock visited us very shortly after requesting their quote. He reassured us that the piping was not a problem. he remarked that our house appeared to be excellently maintained. The way he spoke to us made us feel great relief about the piping. He was like a son talking to us--gave us lots of information. No charge for the visit. What an honest company! Thank you Richard.

My son's friend came out of our bathroom near midnight letting me know water was dripping on his head! I emailed Meadowridge Plumbing requesting a call back ASAP letting them know I had shut off our water. Dawn called first thing to arrange for a plumber to stop by. Josh was at our home by 10:00 AM and fixed two leaks cost was reasonable water is on!! Great service!!! Thank you!

Very happy with them staff Dawn said we wouldn't be sorry we called them she was right,Replaced sink taps inspected shower stall for possible leaks recommended resealing.Had to come twice because of a misunderstanding but only charged one service call.

We replaced the contractor-grade toilets in our town home with low flow 'comfort' height fixtures. Maple Ridge Plumbing responded quickly to our initial enquiry. Richard recommended several models in different prices ranges and his crew installed them several days later. They were efficient and personable. Installations and clean-up were well done. Office staff (Dawn) was great to deal with. We are very happy with the work done by Maple Ridge Plumbing and have no problem recommending them to others.
