    Everything was smooth

    My neighbor replace his windows with Optima Windows and Doors five years ago and we were looking at them every day remembering that we have to contact Optima to get our windows replaced. First consultation with Chris, follow up From the office regarding scheduling, everything was smooth and they made us feel really comfortable. Now our next-door neighbor he’s getting windows replaced with Optima Windows and Doors as well.

    Excellent- Outstanding- Professional

    Benn& his guy showed up ahead of time. They are so so professional. They explained every bit if the process and are experts at what they do. The windows look beautiful inside & outside. Chris, Gleb & Anastasia went beyond to ensure my Windows are done within the set timeline. Recommend them for Windows over any competitors

    A+ Service

    We had 22 windows and two doors installed by Optima Windows and Doors within one day! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They were on time and did a wonderful job. You should call them if you need new windows and doors!

    Windows installement

    OMG! The best company ever. Very punctual, friendly, very fast , an excellent customer service, etc.. I am very please with their work. Not too much into money. They just want to make sure you are satisfied with their work. I can guarantee my life on this company. If you are not satisfy with them, e-mail me and I will reimburse your money.     Everything is great

    Alina provided us with great information regarding available style and cost. We were impressed by the expertise of office staff and the whole team. It took a little longer to wait for the product but as the well anticipated installation date arrived, we couldn’t be any happier. The crew was efficient clean and organized we're quite amazed to watch the progress. Everything is great!

    Windows and door

    Very reasonable price. My neighbours are surprised about price and service. Most of my friends are interested to change their windows. Hopefully optima will get better business in future. Thanks

    Window Replacement

    I had all my windows replaced on my house (including basement) 4 years ago. They still look and function great. No issues with windows and keeps the noise level way down than before. I highly recommend this company. Installation was a breeze. Good product for reasonable price.

    Bow and Kitchen window replacement

    Thanks for a the great friendly service. They where very professional and on time. Ben and his coworker did a excellent job, and cleaned up when they where done. Would highly recommend them.

    Doors and Windows replacement

    I selected Optima windows and doors earlier this year after doing some research. Chris was very thorough, explaining the work in detail and courteous. 21 Windows and 1 door to be replaced. The workers arrived promptly at the time specified and appeared to have done a first class job. They also made a couple of changes at no extra cost. Made the right choice to get Optima Doors and Windows. Recommended to family and friends. Anyone choosing Optima Windows and Doors will not have cause for disappointment. Chris - Excellent.

    Front door, back door and door to garage.

    Optima did a great job installing all three doors. We were also very happy with the products we ordered. Thanks to our sales representative, Chris who helped us with our choices and communicated with us while we waited for our doors to be ready for installation. Definitely recommend! Fiona and Paul
