    Great job guys!

    We have dealt with other contracting companies in the past and Optima windows and doors is by far the best company we worked with. Our window replacement project (12 windows and one sliding door) went smoothly and efficiently. Chris and his team were always in communication with us. Great job guys!

    Thank you Optima

    Optima replaced my Neighbours windows 4 years ago. This year we entertained 5 window companies, Optima came with the best knowledge, and price and quality combination. All windows have been replaced within a day!!! Now two of my other Neighbours are replacing their windows with Optima! Thank you!!!

    Nearly Whole House Window Replacement

    We needed to replace 14 original 30+ year old windows in our home. After getting referrals from family and friends we undertook meeting a few companies. When we met Chris from Optima for our consultation we noticed a distinct difference from the others. It was a relaxed meeting with no pressure tactics. Chris was helpful in explaining the differences in performance and styles of various options for thermal and solar properties, window types and colours. Our windows are black exterior and white interior. In fact our deciding factor was the consultation meeting because the prices were competitive. The installation was done nearly one month ahead of the original schedule which we are thankful for, because the pandemic has delayed so much residential work. The installation crew of four workers were very pleasant. They were well prepared and fully equipped. You could tell they were very experienced based on how efficiently they were working together. Not only did they use Covid protocols for our protection, they truly respected our home and property and contents. They protected every surface they had to walk on with floor protection. They covered furniture near their work areas. The crew was hard working and completed the 14 windows in one full day. After completion, everything was thoroughly vacuumed and wiped clean. Even the outdoor areas such as deck, patio and lawn were returned to the condition before they arrived. We have no reservations about recommending Optima to anyone needing new windows. They are very service oriented and want to do a good job and leave you satisfied when completed.

    Window's and door

    Professional from start to finish. The head office answered all my concerns and the installation team were clean an efficient. We're very happy with the results!! We received many compliments on our street. Bravo OPTIMA!!

    Windows

    Very happy with the windows and the installation. It exceeded our expectations. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Alana, the business manager was very pleasant to deal with and was very responsive to my enquiries and requests. I highly recommend Optima windows.

    Good and Quality service

    Replaced seven out of 18 windows in our house with Optima last year, could be any happier and asked them to come back and replace the rest of the windows early spring. The price is great, lifetime warranty and performance of their windows is a great benefit to our home, installers are great and left the house clean. Thank you, Optima!

    Amazing work!

    We were in the market for a new patio door which had the blinds between the glass. Chris came in and his first focus wasn’t to make us a sale, but to educate us on the company and tell us a bit about who they are and work they’ve done. He then took the measurements. We were lucky enough that the door was in stock and could be installed the next day! The team came out, installed in about 90 minutes, cleaned up everything, the work area was spotless. They took the time to show me how to use everything and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Chris then followed up with a phone call that evening to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. We love our new patio door and so happy we chose Optima to fulfill our needs! We’ve already recommended Chris and his team twice and it’s only been 3 days! They are hands down every you hope for when making a big decision: reliable, affordable, excellent customer service, customer focus, and relatable. Thank you Chris and team!

    Front door installation

    Thank you Optima Windows and Doors for beautiful front door installation. Great work and friendly team. Installers was very knowledgeable and answered our questions and even made some helpful suggestions with the process. Highly recommend.

    Windows and doors

    It all started with Alina. Her sales pitch was zero pressure, super informative and strictly factual. She explained her product calmly and succinctly. She sold the job. Mikhail and his team installed 9 windows and 2 doors in a day, and were incredibly clean doing it. You need to hive this company a chance to pitch their product and team. You'll be so.glad you did
