    Worked on it professionally

    After a heavy rain we have discovered that our builders window is leaking. We hired Optima for their Homestars rating and made the right decision. The window is installed on the third floor, they had an elliptical boom parked next to our house and worked on it professionally. The job was completed within less than a day and we Notice significant noise reduction, also the room is much warmer during the winter.

    Thank you Optima

    Optima Windows And Doors team he’s highly professional. They did a high-quality work on schedule and within budget. Communication was superb, all questions and issues dealt with in timely manner. We barely see our furnace working in the winter, also noticed a significant noise reduction. Thank you, Optima Windows and Doors.

    Professional and Honest

    Optima Windows And Doors was great every step of the way. Chris is very professional and honest and we liked how upfront he was when he came to give us a quote. Artur and his team were great and hard-working. I cannot thank them enough for the job that they did. I would highly recommend using Optima Windows and Doors.

    Window

    Sales & service very professional. A small issue was fixed by Chris within an hour- installers cleaned up after the job. Great job guys!

    Kudos to Ben and his team

    Optima team is knowledgeable, hard-working and extremely polite. They arrived on time, cleaned up everything. Also they have completed 20 windows installation within just one day. The management is always available after the installation and answered all our questions promptly. Kudos to Ben and his team

    Warranty

    Optima replaced my windows in 2017, I recently noticed a huge crack in one of my windows and contacted the company on January 8, 2020, I was told it would take about 6 weeks to have the window replaced. After not hearing from anyone, I called on March 4, I was told no one available but someone would contact me, to date I have not been contacted. I am disappointed in the follow up services of this company, everyone was very friendly initially but it appears service stops once the sale is completed. Follow up: review edit Chris contacted me today and explained the reason for the delay and apologized for the miscommunication, he personally delivered the replacement window and promised that someone would be here in a few days to install it.

    Comfortable team

    Optima Windows And Doors was a complete pleasure to work with from the very beginning during the initial consultation we felt extremely comfortable with Chris. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some additional insights we had not considered. Our front door replacement was done within time promised. The installers Artur, Ian, and Dan did a great job and completed 16 windows replacement and front door within just a day. Great job.

    Very Honest

    Chris and his team were great throughout the process. Very honest and clear on pricing and explained what will be done. Optima team is a respectful for our house while they were working and cleaned up everything as soon as they finished. Would definitely recommend Optima windows and doors.

    Brand New Windows and Patio Door

    Chris and his team did an absolutely amazing job. We shopped around and got quote from 10 different vendors. We ultimately went with these guys because they seemed the most knowledgeable, genuine, and very competitive from a pricing stand point. In total, we replaced 20 windows and 1 patio door. The outer colour matched our house perfectly. Amazingly, the installation took only one day which was amazing. We love our new windows and patio door. Highly recommended to all of our family and friends!

    Window Replacement

    We had all the windows in our home replaced by Optima (brick to brick). I waited a little while to write a review to really see how the new windows were performing. The temperature in our house was terrible. Since replacing the windows we hardly hear the furnace turn on. a huge difference from when we had our old windows. They sales process with Gleb was very easy. We specifically liked his personality. He went though everything with us and was super patient and answered all my questions. Arthur came out to measure the windows. I couldn't believe that they installed all the windows in just 1 day. Everything was cleaned up after they were finished. Do dust no mess it was great! We had one mild issue which was rectified very quickly. Overall we are quite please with the process of getting the windows replaced and the actually windows as well.
