    Windows

    It was a great experience to deal with Optima. The marketing person (Gleb) provided us with all the details of the product they were offering which greatly help us to understand what we were buying. The installation crew performed an outstanding job and completed the installation of 21 windows the same day. They left the house very clean and made sure we were totally satisfied. I would definitely recommend Optima Windows and Doors. Richard

    patio doors

    Optima has been a great company to work with.And the best part is a rare kind of customer service! I highly recommend them. They are a company who stand by their work.

    Very Satisfied Customer

    Optima Windows and Doors Optima installed all our windows 2 days ago. The quality of product is commendable! Ben & his 2 helpers did an absolutely amazing job..The installation was done professionally and the work was flawless. The installers cared for details, the results exactly as it should be. They left the house tidy & clean! We are very satisfied and highly recommend Optima Home Improvements!

    Efficient and Professional Staff

    First impressions was the salesperson, Eugeny, was friendly but felt a little bit pressured for closing a sale. Once we decided to go ahead with the project, he is always following up and also is reachable whenever we had any issues. On installation day, my impression of the crew (4 members for 10 windows) was a bit intimidating, but that impression is very incorrect as well. They were on time, fast, efficient and did a great clean up job. Overall, we were very satisfied with the end to end process and would recommend the company to friends and family. (Will update again on this review as we have a second job coming next year to replace the rest of the windows in the house.)

    Windows

    They were very fast and efficient; they came in at 8:45am and were completely finished all the windows in the house by 6pm! The workers always cleaned up after themselves, I even saw them vacuuming the carpet upstairs when they were finished. The windows look beautiful and really make our house look new. Would definitely recommend.

    Windows Installation

    The marketing team and Ben (and the installing team) were amazing to us! They explained each step to us, everything was easy to understand. The communication between us and the team were very clear and it was a great experience for us. We're excited about our windows! Thank you so much.

    Great Job!

    Optima has done a great job installing our new front door. Chris gave us recommendations on the latest door styles available and we picked the style that matches the rest of the front of the house. Once we ordered the door, started getting updates via email on the status of our order. Installation was scheduled two weeks ahead and their crew arrived on time. Ben and his crew installed the door within four hours. We could not be any happier!!!!

    Door and windows replacement

    Great service. Good quality windows. Very impressed with the speed of the installation. I will be using Optima for my next house. Beautiful exterior colours to choose from. Very good price for the qulality of the windows.

    Replacing windows and balcony doors

    I had Optima to replacing my old windows and balcony doors. Artur came over to do the measurement and also installed them. Artur's team was very professional and efficient to get the windows and balcony doors done in a house within a day. The quality of the windows and balcony doors are so great.

    Sliding door replacement

    Excellent product, fast and immaculate installation performed by Ben’s team simply awesome . I very happy that I had business with Optima . My future projects without any doubt will be perform by Optima.
