The installation as a little delayed but made up for it with great attention to detail and workman ship. The installers were very efficient, clean and courteous. We've had a great experience with Optima Home Improvements! When Chris came to our home he patiently and thoroughly explained who they were and how Optima makes their quality windows. He even included our children in one of his demonstrations that showed the difference in heat transfer in the Optima window verses the type of windows we had. The style and the quality of the sample window he showed us was exactly what we were looking for. Their lifetime warranties cover more than any other company we looked at (important especially when you have young children). We needed 14 windows replaced and were naturally concerned about the cost of the job. Once Chris gave us the quote, we booked right away! Within a couple of weeks an employee was sent out to measure the windows and the guy was fast and courteous. The company kept in contact with us until our upcoming installation date and Chris was easily accessible for questions via email or his cell phone. On the date of installation, the installers worked quickly and diligently. They finished almost everything on the first day and had to come back for just 1 hour the next day to complete some caulking on the exterior. Chris contacted us within a week to see how everything went. We are enjoying our new beautiful windows and our warmer house. We strongly recommend Optima windows and once you see the product and quality, you won't want anything else for your home.

I was very pleased with Chris (salesperson) and the rest of his team. I was expecting them to take the whole day to change all the windows but they completed the job in a few hours. Very happy with our new windows and door. Gleb was very thorough in explaining everything prior to purchasing them and answered all our questions. The installers were great. It took longer to do than I thought but they worked into the night to make sure everything was done properly. There was a very small problem with the bottom of the door but the installer came back promptly to fix it the next day. My husband and I are very happy with the finished product and would recommend this company to others.

Very satisfied with the work done. Chris was very knowledgeable and provided some great suggestions to consider. The installation team came on time and worked over 12 hours and completed installation of 18 windows (some of them were quite large) in one day. The entire team was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We are glad we went with Chris' recommendation of the waterfall glass. It is stunning!

I was little skeptical when an agent knocked on my door and booked an appointment for a Salesperson(Chris) to come in and show the window and give us a quote.We met with Chris and he explained us regarding the quality of the window, how easy it is to remove them and clean the windows, the type of product used and how energy saving this windows will be. He took an estimate measurement and gave a quote. Then he told us that it is a special price since it will be a "model home" on the street. Chris also gave me suggestion to have a colour on the front window to keep the consistent look with the adjoining house. He also observed our garage window which was in need of a uplift. He said they will retrofit the frame since the wooden frame was rotten and also made a suggestion of a frost window for bathroom. Our instinct said that Optima Improvement is the company we want to deal with. He left us with a very professional impression and was very calm and let us make our decision. He didn;t push us into signing the agreement. He said 6 weeks time frame and all work happened as promised. I saw the nice decorative finish on Optima website and sent email to Chris that I would prefer the interior to have those decorative corners and he added them in.Within 2 weeks of signing the agreement Ben and his partner came in and took the exact measurements and 4 weeks later a team of 4 people came around 8.30am. The workmanship was very professional and quite fast. I thought it would take them a whole day but to my surprise the work was done within 6 hours. The windows look great and neighbours have been admiring them. I had 9 windows and a patio door. Once all was done Arturo explained us how to remove the windows, take the net off and clean them. He gave us the warranty certificate and also reminded that this is transferable certificate in case we decide to sell the property. Gave us a 15 year warranty full labour and mater.

A team of 5 arrived around 8:30am and worked right through the day till 7pm replacing a total of 24 Windows including some large windows and patio doors. The initial consultation with Chris was well explained with the all the pros and cons on why we should go with Optima, follow up date for measurements was provided and 1 rep arrived on schedule and was professional. Follow up call provided an installion date and they arrived and completed on schedule. Installers were professional and focused. They ensured protective coverings were placed on the floors to avoid damage and had several garbage containers and all garbage was removed and clean. They left the house as it was before - clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending optima based on my experience.
