    Windows and Doors - Supply

    The product and project was first explained by Gleb Diyachenko, who was very nice and answered all our questions. His professional service was excellent. The installation was lead by Arthur. He and his team made an excellent job too. They covered the floor and the house was clean after the job. Was great for us that it was finished in 1 day, less than we expected.

    Beautiful Cozy Bungalow Got All Windows Replaced At Once

    It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Optima Windows from START TO FINISH!!! From dealing with the owner-sales person even to the installers, everyone was beyond Professional to deal with. Literally couldn't of asked for a better quality/amazing job these guys delivered and the windows were delivered and installed the same day as promised! So that being said I would personally like to thank Chris, Arthur, Alex, and Max for being an absolute pleasure to deal with because it's definitely hard to find people as devoted and Professional Like Optima these days.THANKS AGAIN!!!

    UPVC window replacement

    Glen and Chris were helpful to choose the right window designs and color. The crew BenandIgor were efficient and left the house clean. We would definitely recommend Optima for anyone looking for good window company.

    Replace Windows

    Optima Home Improvements Ltd. offered us very professional service and provided very good value. Our installers were great; they were on time, friendly, and did great work on replacing 5 of our upstairs windows.

    Window Installation

    Optima windows provided us with outstanding service from the initial sales consultation through to the installation of our windows. Chris was invaluable in guiding us through the selection of our window styles and finishes. The installers demonstrated professionalism and consideration for our family and home while working efficiently to complete the installation. We are delighted with our new windows as they have improved the appearance of our home and lowered our heating cost.

    Windows latest technology

    The company's installation team is very professional and they really did a great job. On top of that, the quality of products are awesome. Not only the new windows reduce the energy bills but also will increase the market value of the house. My house is looking great from outside as the new windows added the new look.

    Complete full house retrofit window replacement, capping on fixtures, garage door capping and sliding door replacement

    Good service, honesty and respect. The team completed the job in 2 days and were efficient. Very friendly. Cleaning was done for the whole job after they were done. Helpful in putting up temporary newspaper covering the windows during the 2 day installation. The windows have helped maintain heat in the house which I was previously losing due to rotted wood frames. The Low E2 vinyl windows have a nice design and lock.

    full house window replacement

    Pro-installers with great worth ethics. They came in and completed the removal and installation of 14 windows and 1 sliding door within 8 hours! They even cleaned up afterwards! Now, the windows- As expected from the presentation from Chris. They were cosmetically pleasing and functions as advertised. (we opt. for the premium windows from the packages offered) High quality windows and excellent installers! (plumbed and leveled and the caulk lines were clean!) Thanks, Chris, Ben and the team!
