We installed a motor that you have purchased and out warranty covers the Installation of the motor. If the actual product has a problem it is covered by the manufacturer Chamberlain. You called me with a simple problem that was caused by the user. The safety sensors were misaligned and I tried to help over the phone with this simple adjustment. After a 30 min conversion I offered to stop by at no charge to show you how to adjust the sensors. We scheduled an appointment later that day, a few hours later you called me back and you were able to fix the problem your self. We did everything we could to help you with the garage door opener. If this is not the best customer service than I don't know what is. I appreciate your business. Oleh
