I had technicians from two other companies who both charged a service fee and were unable to ascertain the problem with the door not working. I thought the motor was burnt out and they immediately began suggesting a solution that ranged from $500 to $800 and one encouraged me to get a whole new door for $3000 and said they would install he new motor I had already purchased for an additional $225. Another company I contacted, was quoting $1500 for the repair. When I called Garage Door Geeks, Nazar came the same day to look at the problem and did not charge a service fee. When the technician, Pavel, arrived as scheduled, he was very knowledgeable about the existing mechanism and was happy to attempt to fix what was there. He did not try to upsell me in any way. The mechanism had to be replaced and Pavel had to make some other adjustments to ensure the door was working properly after the install. In addition, he told me the original motor was working fine and there was no need to replace it. Thank you Pavel for excellent service

We mistakenly backed into one of our garage doors and the bottom panel was damaged. We saw the awesome reviews for Garage Door Geeks on HomeStars and decided to call them. Boy was that a good decision, spoke to Oleh who came by within a few days and put in a strut and repaired the bottom panel to the point where it's almost impossible to tell anything happened!! In addition he has ordered a new panel for us which will be installed as soon as it's available. TOP NOTCH company, awesome guy too!! Very Happy with the service 10/10!!

Oleh came and installed our new garage door bottom seal and tuned up the rollers, hinges, and spring of our double car wood garage door. We were impressed with his punctuality, professionalism and the work performed. Excellent job.

Pavel arrived on time. Though I had had another supposedly excellent Garage Door company come out several months earlier, Pavel figured out the problem right away. After having the side door spring of our garage door disabled because of a broken pin, I called around to several places and was informed that the technology was old and could not be fixed. A new door would be necessary. There would also be a long delay before a new door could be had because of shortage issues. After getting the spring back in place, you noticed that the the rollers were damaged and had to be replaced. You also corrected an alignment issue. My wife and I were both very impressed with the focus and attention given in fixing our door.
