Oleh came by to fix our garage door spring today. The scheduling and communication was professional and quick. Oleh was very informative with the education around the garage door maintenance and troubleshooting. He also was able to address our keyless door issue! I would recommend and would go back to Garage Door Geeks for any future garage door repairs.

I highly recommend Garage Door Geeks, they did not disappoint when it came to product knowledge, patience and being sincere with answers to my questions about garage door openers. How did they get my business? In July 2019 the original garage door opener which came with our house finally broke down. When I called The Geeks they tried to troubleshoot my problem over the phone, especially since the brand of opener (Genie) was hard to repair. They could've booked to see me and charge me the visit to tell me i was in tough with going Genie repair route. They also did not have to take the time to walk me through some troubleshooting to explore possible easy solutions. None of the attempts worked overnight, so I called them back the following day to come and repalce the opener- which they did. All COVID protocols were followed, Pavel the technician worked efficiently, was friendly and took the time to walk me through our new opener. Since the above happened, I called The Geeks for help again in October 2020 when the pressure coil broke on the door. They came next day, replaced it and gave the whole system a tuneup. Highly recommend this company.

We had recently moved and the manual doors in our garage were hanging on by a thread. Oleh and his team were hired to remove both doors and replace with automatic doors in a very old, uneven garage. We had some power issues prior to installation that was completely on us and Oleh was extremely patient during the wait. His installation team was on time, extremely professional, COVID safe, and highly knowledgeable. We are thrilled with our new doors and the services provided, would highly recommend.

The control arm was ripped right off of the door on Wednesday late afternoon. The garage door could only be opened manually at that point. I called and was advised they could come right away or come the next day. i chose next day. Pavel was courteous by calling that same day and asking me my choice of when I wanted the service. The next day Pavel gave me another courtesy call to inform me of his time of arrival . He gave advice on the door fix. Asked for approval and completed the job Good job and reasonable price.

A car had backed into my Garage door and Nazar came round, gave me options to fix or replace. He fixed it, and then proceeded to fix some other defects he noticed which were unrelated to the damage. He checked both doors and made sure everything was working well. I recommend Nazar and Garage Geeks, becuase he was very professional, went above the call of duty, and did it all with humor and politeness.

Called GDG when I managed to unspool my cable from the drum and ended with a crooked door and damaged track. Oleh came out the very next day, on time, and got to work right away. Explained the work throughout the process and performed the necessary adjustments to the door to work with my new side mount opener. He also gave me some tips on ongoing maintenance. Very satisfied and will recommend Oleh to those that need his services.

Have used this company several times for repairs and adjustments and have been very happy with response. Recently they replaced the chain drive door opener mechanism. The installer came on time and work was done promptly and efficiently. I have no reservations about recommending Garage Door Geeks.

Nasar came out to look at the issue at very short notice. Door was completely broken, 30 minutes later door works fantastically, what more could you ask for! Excellent service, thoroughly recommend!

I needed my central ceiling mount garage door opener changed to a side motor with a more secure deadbolt system and wifi security features. Garage Door Geeks were amazing. Incredibly detailed, amazing customer service and very fairly priced. Cannot recommend highly enough!

On Sunday our Garage door quit. A well known garage door company told us you won't find anybody in Toronto to install a garage door in under 12 weeks. We did and we are pleased with the work done by GARAGE DOOR GEEKS. We contacted them on Tuesday. By Wednesday afternoon we had our new garage door installed and working perfectly. Nazar was accommodating and clear about details of the job. He and his brother worked quickly, took away the old door and gave us maintainance tips on the new one.
