We were interested in buying a hot tub and felt so lucky that we met Griffin. He was so informative and customer service orientated, he answered all our questions and more. There was no pressure put on us and he devoted his time to our sale. We are very happy with our purchase and the continued customer service by Griffin and Alfred. They know hot tubs, chemicals and any additional supplies you may require.

We bought a Master Twilight spa a couple months ago and couldn't be happier. Alfred and Griffin were excellent to deal with, and after some initial miscommunication about the tub we ordered they really stepped up and made things right. They went above and beyond. That's the kind of integrity I will go out of my way to pay back with good reviews and referrals. The spa itself is wonderful. I did a lot of research, and am very happy with our choice. The Twilight series tub is a serious therapy spa. Lots of big jets, with big motors and pumps, and the best filtration system and insulation possible. There are lots of shady hot tub manufacturers and dealers out there, so make sure you do some research. Master and Marquis were at the top of my list, but a better negotiated price on (arguably) the better spa made it a no brainer. Thanks guys!

From the moment I approached the company and saw my hot tub for the first time, and until now, I've been so incredibly impressed! After over four years, I absolutely love my hot tub and use if every single day. Whenever I need products, I contact them by email and I immediately hear back and my order is sent out quickly. They always care and make you feel that way! I couldn't be happier about purchasing my hot tub from Master Spas and would highly recommend them!

Alfred has been most helpful. I bought my hot tub in Calgary however the sales person/company owner was not helpful once the tub was paid for. Alfred has helped me figure out what chemicals to use, suggestions and put shipments together when I was running low on chemicals

I purchased my twilight hot tub at the end of October last year and had it up and running before Christmas. I look forward to coming home from work or a workout and soaking in the tub to unwind....Very therapeutic.

After surfing the web for swim spas, we contacted the Michael Phelps swim spa dealer that was closest to us. We dedied on the Michael Phelps brand because of the high ratings they received for performamce and quality. I go to the local pool regularly in the summer but find it hard to get there consistently during the winter so we looked as this as an option. We were very excited after seeing it in the store and test driving it. We purchased it in September and had it installed in late October, which was just in time for the winter which is what I wanted. Premium Wholesale Home and Leisure was amazing through the process, answering all of my questions, and ensuring that we were informed and happy at all times. I highly recommend this product and company.
