East End Appliance Service was FANTASTIC! We'd had someone suggest we needed a whole new washing machine and quote a repair that we'd have to wait 6 weeks for and cost twice as much. East End was our 'second opinion' and was able to repair a torn boot in our front load machine, show us what caused the tear so we can keep it from happening again -- all in less than 24 hours from the service call and for a very reasonable price. The team was courteous, on time, respectful and highly knowledgeable. I would highly recommend East End Appliance Repair.Answer from pro:

I've had occasion to hire Chad for various repairs now over the past four years: washer, dryer, stove, fridge, dishwasher. In every case he was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. This is a guy who takes pride in his work and is driven by a decency that is sorely a rare thing. I can only shake my head at the zero reviews he has on here because of mix-up with parts or how in the customer's view a project took too long to fix. Too many people have no idea what it takes to actually fix complicated modern appliances. After having used many other appliance repair services in Toronto over the past 20+ years, I don't think you can do better than Chad for value and knowledge. I highly recommend him.Answer from pro:

Chad from East End Appliance helped us source a new dishwasher at a good price and did same day install, as well as disposal of the old unit. His pricing was clear and fair and he was timely, polite and efficient in providing the service. All got done in one day, including Chad trouble shooting some unforeseen issues. We are landlords. We bought an apartment washer dryer. Chad connected with us by text. He communicated very well. This was a used appliance. A 90 day warranty was provided. As per their warranty they returned because there was a small issue. We really appreciate that Chad honoured the warranty. Thank you very much for your great communication and your follow up. I contacted East End Appliance Service and paid almost $500 to fix my fridge water dispenser. The owner first came and concluded that a part was needed for a motor and I paid for this part. After witnessing that this did not fix the problem I was told that I still owed the money for that part (which I agreed to - no complaints there) but that I would need to fix the "Bosch Housing -- #BSH-00650438" which is my filter. I was told I needed to pay another $240 for the part and then it would be installed. I have not seen or heard from the company. I am the fool for trusting someone to come to my house and do work for me.Answer from pro:

I called Chad to come look at my Fridge which wasn't working. He said he'd have a look for 80 bucks. He showed up within 30 minutes, fixed the fridge (for 180 total) then fixed our dryer as well for another 80. We are very happy with his service and would use him again.Answer from pro:
