This guy named Chad shows up to repair my Maytag washer and quotes $400 in cash to do the repair. I do some research and the cost for the parts is $150 so he's looking to make $250 in cash for a couple hours of work. After installing the part the washer is still not working properly and he's not returning calls. This is not a trustworthy individual and I would be reluctant to have him in your home. I will have a friend who works at CRA to see if they can find him and investigate him for not paying taxes. He wants payment in cash only. Stay away from this horrible person.

Our oven crapped the bed and I called up East End. Chad came over and replaced the igniter, but not after going on a pretty lengthy diatribe about Jesus and the virtues of Christianity. The igniter didn't do the trick, so Chad called someone up and asked for a different part, a valve. He charged me for the igniter and the valve and said he'd be back once he received the valve, which should be in 7-10 days. Well, fast forward 2 and a half weeks later...still no word from Chad. I called him up and he said he was going on a fishing trip but would have the valve for me the following Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and when I hadn't heard from Chad by the afternoon, I called him up. Guess what - the warehouse gave him the wrong valve and he'd have it for me the next day. The next day rolls around and he shows up and he looks at the oven like he'd never seen it before. "Wait, what was the problem with this again?" he asks. Ummm it doesn't work, you said it needed a valve. That's what you're doing here. So he looks at the valve that he brought and of course, it's the wrong part. He calls the warehouse again and asked them to figure out what it was he needed and then tells me that he'll come back once he gets the right part. To make matters worse, he had pretty much forgotten that I'd already paid him for the valve and said he'd "give me a break" on the part. Buddy, what break? Unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I'm 100% sure that I will not be getting a call from Chad unless I take the initiative and call him. Luckily, we found another service provider that repairs my model of ovens. DO NOT USE EAST END APPLIANCE SERVICES. Instead, just take a bag of your money, go out to your backyard, pour yourself a nice whiskey on the rocks, and then set that bag on fire. At least it'll keep you warmer than my oven would.

We too recommend Chad at East End Appliance Service. He responded immediately, set up and met appointments on time, and fixed our refrigerator quickly and efficiently. Will definitely call him again.

I don't have experience having appliances repaired, so when I found East End Appliance, I called. Chad told me he could come the next night to investigate the problem. I called him when he didn't show. I called again when he didn't come the second time. I should have called someone else, but I didn't know who else to call. Eventually when he came, he told me he needed to order a part, he took $350 cash as a deposit and said he'd be back in three days to fix the machine. We arranged several times for him to come by, but he never showed and never called to say he wasn't coming. We work. We rearranging our schedules only to have someone not show up. We thought he'd ordered the part and we didn't want to lose our money which is why we stuck it out. After 5 weeks, he came back but he came without the replacement parts. Then he promised to come back three days later...when he didn't come, we asked for our deposit back. It took three weeks and he shorted the amount by $50. He says it was for the two service calls. Horrible service.

I had used Chad once before. This time I called him to fix my washer. He took $280 from me to get the part and I never saw him again! Months and months of trying to get him to come back ...said he would ..never did. Don't be a victim to this business.

Do not become another victim of Chad. He charged $300 dollars to fix my refrigerator. It stopped working the next day. He said he would come the day after, didn't show up. I called him, he said his son was sick so he would come the next day, didn't show up. I called again and been told he would come in half an hour, didn't show up. It has been 4 weeks and there's still no sign of him. The worst business ever.

I asked Chad to come fix the oven and change the fan inside it. He charged us $350, took $150 for depositing, and told us it would be done within 3 weeks. Instead, it took us 3 months, with a lot of phone calls and broken promises. He used all kinds of excuses to get out of coming to fix it. Luckily for me, he actually finished the job at the end BUT it was a very tedious experience and I would not recommend him and his services to anyone. Literally the worst company I've dealt with. Extremely unprofessional and not worth anyone's time and definitely not their money.

Chad from East End Applicance service is awesome. He is the only one we call for repairs and he is always quick and super helpful. He was just here fixing our dryer and then afterwards took the time to show me how to properly clean my dishwasher. We highly recommend him!

Paid $450 for a new mother board on a wahser and it still isn't fixed. He said it was!!! I have been chasing him for months but won't give up!!!!
