We recently had Master Painting, in to paint our kitchen, living room, hallway and bathroom. They also replaced baseboards. They were very professional, pleasant and respectful. The painters were pleasant to have in our home. Dave & Jon responded quickly to any calls or texts. We would highly recommend Master Painters. Painted the condo in one day , on time very professional clean up after great job

From the estimator to the final cleaner, every person who came into my home was professional, quick and thorough.

A large reno of most of our bottom level of our house, including new flooring throughout. New kitchen counters and sink, painting of all kitchen cabinets and walls, new fireplace and mantel and new lighting throughout. This was a large renovation and Master Painting was so easy to work with. The workers were all clean and efficient, prompt and on time. Every step was provided in writing and someone was always available by text. We are super happy with the quality of all the work and the results were just what we wanted. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

Beyond my expectations, trades were very talented and above all respectful. Communication was good and only when necessary. This was my second project with Master Painting and Renovations and I look forward to my 3rd .. Rika Huband

Our contractor hired this company. Asbestos report said moderate to high risk, walls being moderate and textured ceiling being high risk. This company believes that they did not need to use a 3 stage containment. Arguing the job was a small and did not require the safety protocols of high risk. For a professional company to not know that they required a 3 stage even in moderate risk abatement is concerning. The textured ceiling containing Asbestos can only be considered a small job if its a 2x2 square being cut and not scraped according to information I found from a hygeneist who is the expert in this field. My ceiling was 9.5 x 11 so there was no excuse to do it without all safety protocols. The employee was unaware that he needed to keep the negative air machine on the entire time of the project and turned it off at least 3 times during his work. There were at least 3 breeches of containment. The worker did not abate the entire job he was hired to do, the worker did not wait for air clearance before taking down the containment and did not have the Negative air machine on while he was taking the containment down. When questioned why he was taking it down he was not truthful and said the air monitoring technician called him and said he had clearance, he was then confronted on speaker phone by the technician who told the worker he had not even reached his lab yet to conduct the test! We will not know for years if our health was affected by asbestos exposure as it takes time for symptoms to show up. There was enough drywall dust left over on the walls and windows for WCB to tell this company to come back to clean. Even if you get air clearance, if dust is left behind it does not mean it is asbestos free, it simply means it was not disturbed at the time of the air clearance. Thats why a broom should be used on all walls and areas to disturb any risdual dust and make sure its included in the air samples so you know that the home is safe for your clients. Had this company performed as advertised, we would not have gone through this stress and have to worry if our family will face asbestos related cancer or other health consequences. Obviously would never recommend this company.

My wife and I have built 2 homes and gone thru numerous renovations thru the years. Master Painting were by far the best we have dealt with hands down. We just had our condo painted and some renovations done by Master Painting. Could not have had a better experience from the beginning to the end. We were very concerned about choosing the right color of paint as we were trying to lighten up our condo. After just one consultation they were able to pick the perfect color to achieve this for us. All of the workers that came to our home were punctual, professional and well aware of the Covid situation. If you are considering painting/renos I highly recommend Master Painting. We had the drywall sealed. Then the ceilings painted twice and the walls once. We had the interior doors and all trim painted. The walls need another coat and the interior of the exterior doors. Also had the exterior trim and doors painted.

cOMMUNICATION..Excellent 1. Dave was excellent throughout project 2. Only confusion came came to different messages from Volume Carpet and Master Paint...it was cleared and then Dave me a shot abut if I cancel will have to pay 25 % service charge. Yes, I was confused on the cost but after I called Dave it was resolved. Did not enjoy being caught in the middle as rather high cost for 15 stairs. As a consumer I have a right to questions. It was resolved in a professional manner and I will pay.

Master Painting quoted to reinforce two walls in our media room in order to be able to affix 500 kg to the walls. The job was started and completed on schedule and on budget, and with the minimum amount of disruption to the family. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and all the alteration work from the reinforcing of the walls up to and including the painting was executed with the minimum amount of fuss or mess. The finished product most certainly met our expectations, and Master Painting delivered on what they had promised.
