    Highly recommend

    An interior designer recommended Toronto Comfort Zone to us and we were very happy with their services. We hired TCZ for two jobs, the first to clean and repair gas fireplaces before we put our home for sale. The team came out with just one day's notice, as we explained we were in a rush to put our house on the market. They did a great job. We then hired TCZ again, to help us convert a gas fireplace back to wood-burning. It was a difficult and perilous job involving climbing up our steep roof and onto a very tall chimney, on a windy day. The team made it happen despite numerous difficulties, and they took all precautions to ensure the safety of our wood-burning fireplace. We whole-heartedly recommend TCZ. Thank you again!

    Installation of gas fireplace

    These guys are the top. Everything professionally done and on time. Work site always neat and tidy. Solved a big problem getting the gas source to the fireplace location. Strongly recommend their services. DT.

    They really do care

    From the beginning, the person I dealt with, Sonny, answered all my questions, and worked through all of my emails filled with multiple questions about different brands and options. He gave great suggestions, professionally corrected me if I had an idea that would have proved detrimental or not worth it for my space. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and when it is time to do my basement fireplace, Sonny will be my only call. Even the installer cared immensely about the work he did. He went out of his way to install the line as inconspicuous as possible. He was very detailed and even cared about how the manual and paperwork at the end was presented. Took time to explain the remote. If I have any gas needs, he will be my first call and recommendation to others. I dont write a lot of reviews, only ones that are worthy, and the price was good, I had a very tight timeframe and they made it happen within 3 or 4 days from placing the order. It was really refreshing to find someone who cared enough to offer so much time with my project and to have it complete so fast. With much appreciation, I want to thank Toronto Comfort Zone. Highly recommended.

    Fireplace Sales and Installation

    Best place in Toronto to shop for a fireplace. Sonny was wonderful to deal with and very honest in his approach and execution. We purchased two fireplaces to be installed in our new custom home and couldn't be happier with the experience we had.

    Gas fire place insert

    Sonny Raissi did an excellent job helping us to select a gas fire place insert for the renovation project of our 100 year old house. He made sure we understood the code requirements and all of the safety needs of such a project. He paid a visit to our house to inspect our fireplace prior to installation day. His team of installers arrived at precisely the agreed time, were very polite and efficient and completed the job within four hours. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we knew exactly how to operate the fireplace before they left. A very pleasant and satisfying experience. We whole-heartedly recommend Toronto Comfort Zone for the purchase and installation of gas fireplace inserts!

    Fireplace purchase and install

    I purchased my Enclave 60 inch Marquis fireplace from Toronto Comfort Zone. Sonny and his team was fantastic. They answered all my questions, attended our sight, and delivered on time the fireplace. Any post installation issues the dealt with in a timely and professional manner. This has been my second purchase from Toronto Comfort Zone and it was definitely a more complicated project but Sonny was always calm and reassuring. If you want good pricing, timely service and no hassle with a great result in purchasing a gas fireplace I would recommend Sonny.

    Love My New Fire Pit

    After looking around extensively for a unique and high end fire pit I found a great selection on Toronto Comfort Zone's website. After contacting them to discuss the various features available to suit my needs I decided on a model. I was provided with very helpful advice and good service. Delivery was exactly when promised. All in all, a very pleasant experience with Sonny and his team at Toronto Comfort Zone.

    Fireplace installation

    Sonny was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Pandemic meant supply chain was disrupted, but he managed to get both gas fireplaces installed quickly. Installations were done very neatly and professionally. Highly recommend.
