In our time of need Steve was there, a reassuring, knowledgeable, direct voice that guided us in the purchase of a new furnace. Our furnace failed Sunday night (was assessed Mon. morning by our previous HVAC supplier - which we weren't happy with). The cost for the failed part was ridiculous. The house was very cold. We needed a new furnace. We agreed with the make and model that Steve recommended for our needs. He arranged for the delivery and installation of the furnace for the next day. The furnace was delivered at 9am and was tucked into the garage. The installers arrived at 9:30 and methodically went to work after preparing the work area. The installation was done by noon, nothing was left behind, and with some parting information they were off and we had heat. I appreciated their professionalism. The entire process was seamless. I would recommend Air In Motion.

Hey Steve, Thanks to you and Peter for the thermostat installations. My dad likes his new " EASY READER" thermostat for seniors. His eyes are getting bad and he was having trouble seeing the settings on the old one. And he loved that it was installed the next business day after he called you!! Cheers, Dave Grier

I had an issue at my rental property with sound travelling through the ductwork from one tenant's apartment into the other. Steve contacted my tenant, set a date (promptly), came out and accessed the situation. Unfortunately, there was nowhere to move the ductwork, but Steve suggested that I insulate the duct and that should solve the acoustic issues. Thanks again for the honest information Steve. I really appreciate the help.

Steve is the only person I will refer for any HVAC service. His attention to detail and ability to explain issues and provide help is the best I have seen in the industry. I called to have someone come out to inspect and clean my furnace. I was very happy with how quick and easy it was to get an appointment time. We had Peter come out to check out our furnace and when he came he was very helpful and knowledgable. Will definitely be calling again if I ever have another need.

Last week on the coldest day of the winter so far - my furnace died. Air in Motion had someone out to assess the situation immediately - and the technician was great. He happily shared information and explained everything to me. In the end, it was determined that my 35 year old furnace needed to be replaced. The service was fast, efficient and the job was done really well - and pricing was competitive. I was very happy with Air in Motion and would use them again for sure!

We had Peter come out and take a look at our gas fireplace in the basement as it wasn’t working . We are a little bit nervous about gas appliances and He walked us through the whole repair and Cleaned the glass so it looked beautiful! Very professional and knowledgable, we would recommend 100% without hesitation. We are having him come back To look at our fireplace in the spring!

Furnace was dying. Called Steve on Saturday (of the long weekend) He dropped by on Sunday to evaluate and the boys came in on Tuesday to do the job! First available business day and they had it installed! Super happy with the workmanship, cleanliness and time frame. I would highly recommend Air in Motion (AIM) to anyone who needs furnace replacement or repair. Hoping my AC hangs in for a couple more years but if and when it goes, I know who I am calling! This was an emergency furnace replacement job 3 weeks ago. Before Steve came to replace the furnace, he called me on the phone and made sure that I understood everything that was going to be done. He was very professional; after he replaced the furnace, he also took time (at no additional charge) to check all the ducting. I trust the quality of his work and will gladly recommend him.
