Although we didn't end up using Air in Motion for our emergency gas repair (we managed to snag a same-day cancellation instead), I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Steve who was incredibly responsive and kind. Our gas and heating were turned off due to a leak, it's -20, and we have a baby and a toddler. Steve heard of our dilemma, worked to squeeze us in for the next morning and called us back to confirm it all. Top-notch customer service. I'd call on Air in Motion any time. Thanks Steve!!

We are extremely satisfied with our newly installed water heater. The Air In Motion Team did a great job installing the new tank, keeping the work area clean and dry and returning the old tank as well. I highly recommend them for any related projects you might have.

It was the weekend of American Thanksgiving. My son and family were here from Ohio so we had a full house. Late in the afternoon on the Friday we realized the hot water heater had stopped working - the pilot light was out. We contacted Steve. He and his technician Peter were here within a couple of hours even though it was later in the evening. After an inspection of the 13 year old water heater it was recommended that to replace the parts was not the sensible solution so we opted for a new water heater. They juggled their schedule and by Saturday afternoon the new water heater was installed and working perfectly. Throughout the process Steve was fabulous. He was honest with us, professional, and went out of his way to help us out. It could have been a really stinky weekend but thanks to Steve and Peter our potential major crisis was averted. Thanks again Steve you went above and beyond for us and it was very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Air In Motion and Steve and his team to family, friends and associates.

I was having an issue with a few electrical outlet in a rental unit I own. I contacted air-in-motion and Steve replied very promptly. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and most of all the professionalism that Steve and his team have. I will keep them on my short list the next time I have an electrical or HVAC issue.

Our gas hot water tank was leaking and we were shocked that after only 4 years it needed to be replaced. It was under warranty so we were looking for someone to come and install the new one. We have renters in the house and they had been without hot water for several days. I called Steve and within 5 minutes he had returned my call and assured me he could help. He said he would shuffle some scheduling to make sure he would have someone there to install the tank when the new one arrived. He quoted a price and even though the project ended up being more complicated than expected, he stuck to his quote! He called during the install to see how things were going and also the next day to make sure things were up and running. Peter worked very hard to make sure things worked out and did a very professional job. It was so refreshing dealing with Steve. He should teach a course on customer service! He obviously cares a lot about his customers, is very honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Air in Motion for any heating or cooling job. Thanks again Steve!

Old tenanted Farmhouse owned by a United Church Group for future growth of our Church. Hot water tank burst Friday evening and Steve was on the job immediately the next day, Saturday, to the surprise of the tenant - his recommendation met the approval of 12 Board members and the work was completely promptly by Monday. Fantastic service at a reasonable price !

Steve and his technician, Peter, attended at my property in the Aldershot region of Burlington for a maintenance call. I recently purchased this home and needed to do maintenance on the system. The home has two furnaces (one in the attic and one in the basement), two humidifiers, two air conditioners, an electric air filter, a HEPA filter, and an air exchanger. Steve called me to say that he would arrive in 30 minutes on the appointment day, which was appreciated. Upon arrival, Steve and his technician inspected the equipment and then gave me an estimate of the expense categorized by parts and labour. Steve explained why some parts like the filters and the attic humidifier had to be replaced and took the time to explain how the system works. His explanation was clear and to the point. I was even told that some of my small trees around the outside vent pipes would interfere with the vent pipes and had to be relocated. Steve followed up the same day with an email clearly setting out the estimate for parts and labour. When I received the final invoice, all items were categorized by parts and labour and there were no surprise charges or fees. A second appointment was necessary because the filters for the air exchanger had to be ordered. Steve called and emailed me with a time estimate and it was exactly as promised. Thanks for your great work, prompt communication and dependability, Steve! You are now in my phone contacts list for HVAC service.

I was having trouble with a 15 year old furnace. Steve returned my call and scheduled something the same day I called! Everyone else wanted 3 days in advance and would only show up if I had "no heat" condition. Really, with a 2 year old living in the house, why should I wait until "no heat" to happen before I call someone to get a same day rush response.... these HVAC companies just don't get it if you ask me. I can't say that for Steve. He said he would call me back, and he did, he worked to find the time to meet my tenant's schedule, and I appreciate that. Technician very quickly cleaned and diagnosed the furnace. Problem seemed to be a venter motor which is slowly on it's way out. I wanted a professional diagnosis to fix my problem the first time, and that's what was delivered, not a maybe, could be, let's try replacing this or that. Good job. I will be keeping Steve's number for future business, that is for sure.
