I would like to endorse michael at smart doors. I am a guy that does his "homework". I don't make a decision without three quotes. Michael won the bid on all counts. He advised us on color and style; he was professional and his quote was very competitive and reasonable. I am extremely happy with the experience and the outcome!

Our new insulated steel garage door was just installed and it looks great. We compared a few companies and are very happy with our decision to go with Smart Doors. We paid extra for black colour and aluminum capping to match but it was worth it because it looks amazing. Customer service is excellent. Ilan came out to our home more than once and was very patient with our many questions and concerns. Alia at head office was very helpful as well. Installer took his time, cleaned up everything and did a great job. Would definitely recommend this company.

A very high level of customer service the only garage company that actually showed up and explained to me in detail what I was purchasing. They were not pushy and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I contacted two other additional companies (prior to calling Smart Doors) and neither company kept their appointment. All they wanted to do was leave a quote and a catalogue. Michael sat down and explained to me what my options were. They did a great job installing the doors and left the garage spotless. i would highly recommend them. They even re-installed our garage door openers in addition to installing the garage doors. I would call Smart Doors again and wouldn't even bother calling anyone else.

Very professional company! They were recommended to me by Gav Givon @ OnWall Solutions (garage renovation company). Smart Doors as s company are easy to liase with. Michael the owner personally came to do the quote, and explained all the little technical details. The product is great quality, and manufactured in the United States. The door is insulated and there is a rubber and vinyl sealing that goes around the door. You get new steel rails for the door too. The colour black costs extra. The warranty is good, and the customer service is fantastic. If you have any issues, they want to know about it right away! The installation was pleasant. The installer pays attention to his work, did a thorough job, and tested things as he went along. The install took about 2 hours. They take all the old materials away. I love my new garage door!

We are completely satisfied with the doors we purchased. Professional and courteous service from the get go. Contacted their office for our garage doors and garage opener. Mike was at our home within 2 days with samples and recommendations. Order and installation was completed within 2 weeks. I would recommend Smart Doors without hesitation.

We had received 6 estimates to remove our old garage doors and brackets and install new doors. Ilan came to the house and explained the process with samples and literature on the garage door manufacturers. They provided a written estimate and were very diligent in responding to the many inquiries we had as we received estimates. Alia, their office staff provided the necessary information and made modifications. Everyone at Smart Doors were professional. The work was done on time with the agreed upon material and the installers completed the task as discussed in the contract. Overall, company was very professional--would not hesitate to recommend Smart Doors to family and friends.

Problem with installation. I phoned and emailed numerous times times. I spoke with Alia who gave me a long-winded reply. She said the owner, Michael would follow up. I emailed the company and sales person but no one followed up as of October 17th! Service is horrible!

We wanted something different and decided on fiberglass doors with a different design pattern on them instead of the regular squares and also ordered the appearance package where they powder coat everything on the inside (tracks etc) to match. We also had Smart Doors install new belt drive openers with the battery back up and finish the look off with matching aluminum capping around the wood frames. WOW. All our neighbours have come by to see our doors and how amazing they look. We are very pleased with our decision to go ahead with Smart Doors and will gladly refer them. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and on time.

Initially Michael's receptionist was very helpful by giving me an approximate price for our garage door. When we met Michael in his showroom he was very straightforward by suggesting the appropriate door for our needs. His staff came on time, and we're very efficient. Michael, the president of the company came to do a final check and to see if we had any additional questions or concerns. We highly recommend this company.
