They were extremely professional and did an excellent job. They even went out of there way to come back to re-demo the system for my wife. I highly recommend them!

After researching various irrigation companies, we went with Riverstone mainly because of their reputation and the great things we heard about Nino, the owner. Him and his crew came in on a Saturday and practically had to reinstall half of our sprinkler system tubing due to a driveway expansion. He was nice enough to explain exactly what they were going to be doing and did not take any short cuts in his work. They went above and beyond in making sure everything was setup properly and in working order. A couple months later we encountered another issue because of the new driveway and the crew returned yet again to make a few more adjustments. Very few companies out there have the customer service skills combined with the trade skills that Nino and his team have. I was so glad I used Riverstone Irrigation to install my in-ground sprinklers this past May 2017. Nino is very honest, polite and amazing to deal with, he is very trust worthy, as well as the rest of his team! Nino's team came as scheduled and they were very neat about making the lawn look like it wasn't even disturbed and finished off a fantastic overall project. They also gave us the right instructions on how to schedule our watering cycles. Now its ending of July and the grass and flowers look wonderful. At the suggestion of a friend, I looked up on Homestars a company that could come and trouble shoot some issues with the lawn sprinkler system that had been out of order for several years, now that we had installed new grass. I was very impressed with all the positive reviews and feedback for Riverstone Irrigation Ltd. I hesitantly called and was so pleased to reach Nino. He patiently answered all of my questions and wad very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked very hard to accommodate my timely request and came on short notice to try and review our issues and find a solution. I was very impressed by Nino from the moment I contacted Riverstone, to meeting him, to how quickly he responded to all of my messages and how he knowledgeably found the problem and explained the best solution. We renovated the backyard pool 2 years ago and had to replace the old sprinkler system.I found Riverstone on Homestar based on its reviews. Nino, Stephan and the rest of the crew are amazing to deal with, services are top notch, attention to details at a reasonable price. I have small property, but every season the grass and a few plants die due to lack of rain. So I called Riverstone for a quote. The pricing was fair for a thorough job. Other companies quoted a lower price, but cut corners. Nino and his team just finished installing a residential sprinkler system on my Oakville property last week. They showed up on time and finished the job in a day. They were professional and hardworking. When they were done, my property was returned to the same condition before they started. They even lifted patio pavers to run water lines, but you couldn't tell they were moved after the job was done. They also took the time to teach me how to control the system! I would definitely recommend Riverstone to install your residential sprinkler system.Answer from pro:

Riverstone Irrigation was a dream to work with! I was very impressed with Nino from the moment we started emailing and the great quality of the work that Nino and his crew did. Nino responded promptly to questions and did an excellent job on the design of the sprinklers layout for our lawn. The price was fair and the final product was incredible.
