When I refused this years recommended $150 maintenance appointment on my 2022 RHEEM furnace, I was told the 10 year warranty was INVALID if I did agree to the service call. I since learned that although the service is recommended it in NO WAY INVALIDATES THE WARRANTY if it's not done. When I told Kevin this was a coercive business practice meant to intimidate customers into paying for a service that is NOT imperative, he defended his employee and refused to admit any wrong doing. I am forwarding the complaint to the Ministry of Public and Business service Delivery to compel him to stop these misleading solicitations.
