    Wasp nest removal

    notes: I had a big wasp nest on the side of my house. I called Derek on a Friday at 4 pm and he was able to come that same evening and take care of it. he did a great job and was very friendly 10/10

    Ball Faced Hornet Nest

    Emailed Derek at Extermination Services, and got a call within 20 minutes. He was able to come in 45 minutes and took care of the large hornet nest under our soffit, He cleaned it up, cleaned the area and took it away with him. Also offered to come back if they start a new nest. Definitely will use him again if required. Total professional!

    Wasp Extermination

    I noticed an below ground wasp nest near my vegetable garden and knew that I wouldn't be able to take care of it myself. Having been stung once before, I wasn't willing to take the chance of getting stung, nor was I willing to wait for cooler weather to take of the problem since it was so close to the garden. Derek responded quickly to my voicemail, and showed up at promptly at the agreed time (superfast!) . Discreet, professional, friendly and patient. He provided advice on keeping the dog safe during and after the removal process (which I really appreciated). Thanks Derek!

    Carpenter Ants

    We were extremely happy and satisfied with Derek's extermination services and would definitely recommend him for anyone. We had a bad infestation of carpenter ants. They were appearing EVERYWHERE in the house. We ended up calling Derek for his services. He was friendly, very informative, and took the time to listen to everything we had to inform him about the ant activity we have been noticing before he did a thorough investigation himself. He was the ONLY company that actually went up onto our roof to inspect and found a nest under the shingles. He took pictures and even showed us the damage. Because our infestation was so bad, he made numerous strategies to get rid of the carpenter ants. After that day we have not had any Carpenter Ants! Its been almist a year and In fact this spring we are calling him again for reapplication of his treatment. We were really happy that Derek took care of the problem and would like to thank him for making what was a very troubling time such a pleasant experience.

    Squirrel removal service

    I just want to say how pleased I was with Derek's service. Not only is he efficient, friendly, and affordable, he goes over and above merely doing the job. After taking care of our squirrel problem, he did a follow-up call two months later to ensure the last step of the job would be completed (weather-related). On top of that, he sent me pictures of my roof with some advice for taking care of an issue unrelated to his job! I am completely satisfied and highly recommend him! Regards, Mary

    Rats

    10 out of 10 Derek is amazing and I highly recommend him. We had a rat in the house for weeks and I couldn't get rid of him, I tried everything! The same day Derek came to our house, the rat was caught. He came back to take him away and was extremely professional and responsive throughout the entire process. We have children and a dog and he made sure everything was safe. He knows what he's doing and is a real pro. If you have ghosts, you call Ghostbusters and if you have a pest problem, you call Derek at Extermination Services. Don't think twice about giving him a call. He's your man!

    Bird mites and Wasp hive removal

    This'll be a short combination of two services that Derek performed for us because I forgot to do my first review. Our bird mite problem was resolved within 4 hours due to the amount of infestation, a very clean and safe chemical treatment. He climbed to the top of the house to thoroughly inspect the empty nest, clean and spray all ventilation holes and various areas within the house where the bird mites appeared. And our wasp hive was dealt with in under 30 mins. Derek is very professional, actually listens to you before making suggestions - which are never outrageous and are very effective. The prices were great, service was excellentl and even though Derek says if any problems resurface just give him a call - you probably won't need to. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for pest control any day.

    Carpenter Ants

    We had a problem with Carpenter ants, we called Extermination Services and they arrived the same day to treat the problem for us. Our main concern was the use of chemicals in our home as we have 2 small children. Derek explained the differences between using an insect spray and baiting, we decided to use bait as this was a safer and more effective approach. Derek was very easy to work with, and he listened to our concerns before recommending a treatment. The treatment was done about 2 months ago, and we haven't seen an ant since the treatment was done! Thanks again Derek, I would highly recommend Extermination Services, they are Professionals, very knowledgeable, and affordable! 10 STARS Paul

    Bald Faced hornets, Wasp nest removal

    We found Derek on Homestars and after reading other reviews about his service I gave him a call about our huge hornets nest that was in my daughters playhouse in the backyard . It was the size of a basket ball actually bigger than that. I expressed my concerns about not being able to let my daughter go in our backyard at all. Derek offered to come over that same evening. We arranged it for the next day though. He sprayed and removed the nest in less than an hour. Derek was very polite, friendly and professional. I was very impressed with his service and very prompt attention. I would highly recommend him! 10/10 star review Tracy

    Wasp Hive Removal

    Derek was great! We saw a hive in our front yard last night. We were worried as our 2-year old daughter plays under that tree. I called Extermination Services at 9am and Derek said he'd be there between 3pm and 4pm. He got there at 3pm and was done by 4pm! He was punctual, the service was great, he was very polite. I definitely recommend this company!
