    Drapery for a LARGE bedroom window

    I had a lovely experience when I went into Crazy Joe's! He provided great advice and did so in such an efficient manner. Joe is courteous and extremely personable. The price point is very affordable. I received 2 other quotes before going to Crazy Joe's and his quote was half of what everyone else was offering. There was a huge selection to choose from and Joe helped narrow our options in a quick manner. If you want great service, price point and quality, look no further just go to Crazy Joe's!

    Drapery fittings

    I was unable to find what I needed in the local big stores and located Crazy Joes online. I was treated quickly, courteously and with good advice and was able to buy a product with a quality and price far superior to what I found elsewhere. I will be highly recommending Crazy Joes to anyone I encounter with drapery needs.

    Drapes

    I want to thank Joe of Crazy Joe's for his great service. We have been coming to his store for over 20 years and the service is always great! This is the best place to pick up drapes or blinds!

    Blackout Drapes

    Buying blackout drapes was a pleasant experience from start to finish of going into the store and getting friendly advice from Joe himself and having the drapes installed nine days later by Angelo, a knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and accommodating professional installer. Joe also offered to supply a pair of drapery collars, an extra request on my part after the drapes were installed, for no charge. Very happy with the service.

    Blackout Curtains and roller blinds

    After getting 8+ quotes, we decided to visit BH Blinds (Crazy Joe's) on Bathurst. He's quite the personality and showed us samples for both UV-blocking roller blinds, black out curtain material, and curtains. Initially I had found curtain fabric from Designer Fabrics on Queen St, but Joe was able to figure out what style we were looking for, and we found a fabric he had in stock. I'm such a design conscious/picky person, and was delighted and surprised to find the right texture and colour. The install by Angelo was easy and quick and I was impressed by his friendly professionalism and decades of experience. Overall, the price, quality, time line, and install were outstanding, and we appreciated his call the next day to follow up. Will definitely come back.

    3rd time's a charm (so were the 1st and 2nd)

    This is the third home that Crazy Joe has done the window covers for over the past 20 years. The new owners always want to keep the window coverings and we include them in the sale, but reluctantly. The quality is amazing and the service is great. Everyone from Crazy Joe's is a delight to do business with.

    Dining room blind

    We stopped in at 3685 Bathurst Street and met with Joe. He helped us select the perfect motorized blind for our dining room. We picked up the blind on Monday and promptly went home to install it. It is the perfect colour and we are very happy with the blind. We would definitely recommend B.H. Blinds and Drapes (Crazy Joe’s) to anyone looking for blinds, drapes, drapery hardware (they have some very nice fabrics). Joe is very nice, very knowledgeable, helpful and we are glad we stopped in to see him! Brian and Wendy Collier, Toronto

    Drapes and rod

    We came from mississauga to purchase curtains. We have purchased from here in the past and we came back because of the quality product. Great experience and luxurious product. The service was excellent and Joe was very honest about prices. Very satisfied!

    Crazy is right ...

    Crazy Joe is a throwback. He cares about his customers on a level you just don't find anymore. From the very first phone call, he was trying to save me money and was actually happy to have my business, while several others just ignored my calls or showed little interest because the job was too small (one large living room window). I was only able to get one other company to come out and give me a quote, and Joe beat it by a significant margin. Naturally, I started to wonder what kind of install I was going to get at a bargain price. But Angelo (the installer) was very professional and didn't take any shortcuts. He even helped get my old blinds out to the garbage afterwards. He was finished in an hour (if that) and didn't leave any trash behind. The only downside to dealing with Joe is that he doesn't do free quotes (or he wouldn't do one for me, anyway). He did a rough quote over the phone and asked that I pay upfront before he sent someone out to do actual measurements. I really didn't want to pay before the work was done and was worried that the rough quote would increase at some point, but I took a leap of faith and was rewarded. Joe stuck to his price and everything worked out beautifully in the end. Joe will be getting all of my blinds-related business going forward. And I will be recommending him to any friends and/or family I can. I have complete faith he will treat them all as well as he treated me.

    SAVED THE DAY

    My drapery installer arrived at my clients home and had forgotten parts he needed to install my clients drapes. I drove to all the hardware stores in my area but had no luck. I found Crazy Joe's on line . I called and he had exactley what i needed. He had everything ready for me when i arrived and refused to take any money. I was so impressed that before I left the store i gave him an order for a blind for my client. I will definitely be giving them my future orders. The customer service was exceptional.
