    Humidifier Installation

    The technician was on time. He completed the work on time with minimum interruptions. He was polite and courteous. I have used their services before to service my fireplace as well. I am very happy with the service and the pricing. Thank you for providing excellent service and not making it a stressful experience.

    Whole-House Humidifier

    Dan (and an apprentice) were right on time and very friendly. In addition to addressing the issue I called about, Dan showed me that I was wasting a lot of water and worked with me to reduce it to an appropriate level. He also showed me that the drainage was done incorrectly, which could have led to issues with my furnace, and told me how to correct that. They went above and beyond - and the price was more than reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

    Furnace Purchase and Install

    From the competitive quote and nonsense presentation, right to professional and quick installation...Appleby Systems was by far the best choice for my family. A great team! I would highly recommend Appleby Systems.

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Ordered Tank yesterday and was amazed at the quick delivery. ( a day later) The installation crew were professional, efficient & cleaned up after work was completed. A problem occurred during installation that required the exercise of another technical expert who arrived in a short while after being contacted and resolved the issue.

    Furnace and AC Replacement

    New Coleman modulating furnace and AC installed by Appleby Systems. The team from Appleby was excellent right from the initial meeting with Ryan, through the install by Jason and the guys, and finally all of the follow-up and rebate submissions by Chris. Great service, great pricing, and great product. What more could you ask for?!

    Furnace Replacement

    I called Appleby Systems because they were a Baeumler Approved company. My old furnace had stopped working. They explained the problem reasonably and suggested a new furnace was in order. There was no pressure. They quickly made arrangements for it to be installed the next day. The installation was done quickly, efficiently and tidily. I was impressed by their professionalism and skill. I trusted the things that they told me.

    Furnace and A/C Replacement/Installation

    All team members, from the initial quote to the completion of the installation were professional and prompt. Ryan identified an issue specific to the construction of my home and explained in detail the additional work needed to properly install the ventilation/air intake piping. Both installers( Adam and Clayton) were tidy and professional in appearance. They started to work immediately and continued to keep me apprised throughout the installation. Drop sheets were placed as soon as they arrived. They continued to clean up after each phase of the work was completed. The operation and maintenance of the units was explained clearly at the end of the day. Ryan, Adam, and Clayton were cheerful and easy to talk to throughout the process. They certainly knew their business. I feel very confident in my choice of contractors and would definitely recommend Appleby Systems to others.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning Installation

    I met with Ryan initially to get quote for new furnace and air conditioning systems. From the three quotes that I obtained from different suppliers, Appleby Systems offered me the best pricing and service. Adam and Clayton arrived for the installation first thing in the morning and put down drop cloths right away to protect my new flooring. They were very respectful of my home and very pleasant to have in my home for the day. When they had finished the installation, they cleaned up everything and swept the basement. Adam explained the care and maintenance of both systems. My brother had initially recommending Appleby Systems to me and now I would highly recommend Appleby Systems.

    Replacement of two airconditioning units

    Appleby systems had to replace two defunct AC units for us. They were prompt, tidy and thorough and when they were finished they went through the installation and explained the proper operation and maintenance protocols. They also pointed out that the reason for the early failure of my systems was due to poor installation by the previous contractor and explained how the new installation corrected those problems. I have used many HVAC contractors in the past and Appleby Systems are the best - they are a definite keeper and I highly recommend them.

    Relocate furnace and adjust ducts

    From the beginning the office staff was extremely helpful. The salesman, Ryan, answered all my questions from both a knowledge stand point, but also from experience. This made me feel comfortable with the process of relocating my furnace sideways, in my crawlspace!. The job was challenging, but completed in excellent time and in excellent order. The duct work looks seamless and all valves were left neatly ticket and the area cleaned up dirt and dust free. I am so impressed with the quality of the job as it has changed the functionality of my basement space. I would recommend Appleby Systems to all my family and friends.
