Got a quote from Ryan. He was realistic and provided options appropriate for our needs. It's a family run company and service seems to be very important. Adam and Clayton did the installation on a Saturday (we had no heat) and did an excellent job. They worked through the day. They did a neat job and I have no complaints. They needed an extra piece of metal but the shop was closed on Saturday so they provided a temporary patch and returned on Monday to finish things off. Would certainly recommend them and use their services again.

Furnace not working and decided to call Appleby Systems, haven't used them before. Dan arrived at the set time and did a thorough check of the furnace, thermostat, etc. all the while communicating what he was doing and why and showing me the parts he was working with. This is important as it helps those of us who don't know much about furnaces to put into context what is wrong and why it needs to be fixed. Furnace fixed at reasonable cost. I will be calling Appleby Systems again for any future furnace or AC needs. I highly recommended the company.

Very knowledgeable; no hard sell. In fact, they suggested we go with a smaller less expensive unit over the one we were considering. Showed up promptly and were done sooner than expected. Would definitely recommend this company.

Wanted to change my wood burning fireplace to gas, called three companies, had difficulty getting the other two in, but Ryan accommodated me and came in the evening. Appleby was the least expensive and best looking insert. Adam and Jason arrived on time to install, did a great job, showed me how to use it and some tricks. Adam even lit my other fireplace pilot for me before leaving, would definitely recommend. Will have them back for my furnace.

Thanks to the guys from Appleby Service for coming in on short notice to replace our busted A/C. We live in a very old neighbourhood with outdated everything and never had the Air conditioning replaced when we moved in initially. 2 guys showed up on time and left the jobsite clean and looking great. A/C works like a charm as this summer has been hot! Thanks again boys!

The two gentlemen who installed our Air Conditioner were very polite and knowledgable. They worked under extreme conditions and faced many challenges to get the unit installed. they worked the entire day until 7pm to make sure we had ac for the night. I cant say enough how much I appreciate all their efforts. That defines great customer service, and there is no question I will recommend Appleby systems to everyone. Please extend my thanks again to our installers. The unit is working great and we are very comfortable inside today on this 37 Degree summer day.

I have had Appleby Systems install all HVAC needs over the years and most recently a gas fireplace. I would use them again in an instance and would recomend them to any family or friends. Installers very friendly and clean, very professional. Everthing was explain to me before they left and all question answered. #1 on my list.

We have used Appleby Systems for both installations and service. The installers did excellent work, and left a clean workplace when they were finished. We had furnace service and the technicians were knowledgeable and able to fix the problem on the first trip. Well done Appleby Systems

Our air conditioning unit was not working on one of the hot days that we had. Since our kids have bad allergies we normally keep the windows closed and the ac on. We called Appleby and their service tech responded quickly and advised us of our options. Due to the age of the system and the rebates that were available we decided to replace the ac and furnace. The new equipment was replaced quickly and neatly. I would highly recommend This company to others. Thanks Appleby Systems!
