    New gas water heater

    This is our 2nd experience with purchase & installation utilizing the services of Appleby Systems (the first being for a new furnace & air conditioning system) and we can't rate them high enough. Steve & Trevor installed our new gas water heater and as with all the employees at Appleby, they were professional, knowledgeable, courteous & friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and, in fact, have done so - one of our friends now uses them exclusively as do we! Additionally, we had Adam here two weeks ago to do a routine winter furnace maintenance check and he displayed the same friendly & knowledgeable demeanour. Thank you for two more positive experiences using Appleby Systems!

    Regency Gas Fireplace

    We ordered the unit on Nov 5 2019 and the unit was installed on Nov 9 2019(formally wood burning). 2 guys did this installation in 3 1/2 hours. The 2 gentlemen were very PROFESSIONAL and friendly and explained how the unit worked with the transmitter.Very happy with this new gas fireplace

    Nice people, good install, average equipment, poor after-sales service

    Appleby systems installed a 1.5t Gree heat pump with two indoor units for us in August 2018. The units work very well and I am very satisfied with their performance, but every time they have to change from heating to cooling or vice versa, the unit goes into error mode and shuts down. The first time this happened, I called them to come and look (it was a couple of months after installation). I spoke to the sales manager and he promised to send a technician on a particular day. We are still waiting. I eventually figured out that I could solve the problem by turning off the power to the unit at the panel for several minutes, which would reset the unit. I have had to do it a few times. I don't know if that is normal or not, but I don't seem to be able to get Appleby’s attention. It is now November 2019. I called them again last week to temporarily remove the outdoor unit so some work could be done to the foundation. The same sales manager quoted me $650 to remove and reinstall the outdoor unit. After falling off my chair, I agreed and he would have come today to do the work. Again no-one showed up and no communication was received on the matter. I am going to get someone else to do it for me. I have been trying to support a local business, but if they don't care about customer service, they will have to lose my support.

    Furnace Replacement

    3 October 2019. Our furnace needed to be replaced. We called Appleby Systems as we do for all our heating and air conditioning maintenance. Your folks were to arrive between 0900 and 0930 on 2 October and they did. Steve and Trevor got to work right away. They make a good team as they both work on different aspects of the removal of the old furnace and installation of the new which reduces the number of hours required to complete the process. They were professional, courteous and friendly while still working efficiently. They completed the install, cleaned up and left. All in all a very satisfying experience. We will continue to use Appleby Systems for the maintenance of our new furnace and air conditioner.

    Fireplace and furnace check

    Everyone I dealt with at this company was really courteous, with great customer service (e.g. calling ahead to advise of arrival time). Andrew thoroughly checked our fireplaces, furnaces etc., listened really well to our concerns, and thoughtfully answered all our questions. Very positive experience!

    Clean and maitenance of gas fireplace

    Great service , Andrew was a friendly and professional technician. I would definitely recommend this company. Glass was cleaned and looks brand new. Andrew also checked for safety with carbon monoxide.

    installation of new Coleman Furnace/thermostat, air cleaner

    Both the technicians Steve & Trevor were very good and knew exactly what was to be done. They were courteous and pleasant to deal. Steve ,after all the work done explained the operation of both furnace and EcoBee4 ,wi-fi thermostat to me. GOOD WORK, Guys!!!!!

    Installation of my Air Conditioner

    Both Appleby installers worked well together and did a great job. Steve and Jimmy installed a brand new air conditioner without any issues. They explained what was going to happen throughout the day. They cleaned up all work areas once the work was completed. They both seemed very happy to be doing what they do and acted like true professionals. Thanks. Thanks for their efforts.

    Outstanding service

    Our technician Jesse has serviced our home twice within the past 2 weeks with 2 completely separate issues. I wanted to express as we often don't do this enough, Jesse was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge, service, advice, forecasting will not be forgotten. He made both rough experiences into seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! I cannot express enough how happy we were to be serviced by Jesse. Appleby Systems you have a good one here!

    Excellent, Friendly, Knowledgeable with High Quality Services

    From booking with Eddy (friendly, fit me in quickly) Previous Service and appointments with Sherry, (great customer service) Sales with Ryan (Straight, upfront, honest) Installation with Adam & Trevor (super knowledgeable, quality installation and went that extra mile) The Appleby Systems team works very hard, professionally, and is very personable, while installing our current and rpevious Air conditioner, also servicing out Furnace. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and will USE AGAIN !
