    Replace furnace

    They were professional, responsive, and fitted us into a crowded schedule, to replace our furnace in mid December. We were very pleased with the service. We were pleased with the service.

    New Whole Home Humidifier installationn and furnace cleaning

    Old drum humidifier was on it's last legs. Called Appleby for a recommendation and a quote. Didn't take long to get an appointment. Trevor, the serviceman, arrived on time and removed the old monster and installed a new Aprilaire model 400. Very neat job and done in short order! Also noticed that duct work was very dirty. I asked for a recommendation and he referred me to the head office, who passed me along to the duct cleaning company they recommend. Very happy with the service.

    FURNACE REPLACEMENT

    THE REPONSE TO MY EMERGENCY WAS VERY FAST. THE OPTIONS AND COSTS WERE EXPLAINED TO ME IN UNDERSTANDABLE TERMS. STEVE AND JIMMY SHOWED UP THE NEXT MORNING AND WERE AT WORK IMMEDIATELY. BY 4PM , THE REPLACEMENT WAS COMPLETED, THE NEW FURNACE TESTED OUT AND THE WORK AREA CLEANED UP. I DIDN'T HAVE TO GO AROUND AFTER THEY LEFT CLEANING. THE NEW FURNACE HAS BEEN PURRING ALONG AND I AM VERY, VERY SATISFIED.

    Furnace Replacement

    The entire staff at Appleby Systems have been wonderful. They truly care and are so pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Once Appleby Systems knew we had no heat in our home they had Ryan Park out within hours. Ryan impressed us with his knowledge and efficiency and made recommendations without any pressure. Chris at the office ensured that their maintenance person Kyle was at our home right away. Kyle was also very helpful and based on his inspection of what needed to be replaced we decided to go ahead with the new furnace install. Steve and Jimmy installed the new furnace very quickly and efficiently and explained the process as they went along. We would recommend Appleby Systems to our family and friends without hesitation.     hmidifier installation

    they installed in september and has never worked. had to take time off work. came on friday something new is wrong - still does not work and will have to take tome off again

    Great service

    Very good experience....Steve and Trevor installed a gas fireplace. On time , clean and with good work ethics . Very entertaining guys but worked well done. Front desk and our sales representative Ryan also very informative. Thanks again. Will deal with this company for basic service. Also gave a discount for seniors

    Replacement AC and Furnace

    We HIGHLY recommend Appleby Systems for all your HVAC needs! This is the second time we've purchased new equipment from them and for good reasons. After another company quoted a top of the line system and suggested renting, we returned to Appleby for help. They installed our fireplace a couple of years back and we were pleased with the price and installation. Ryan was very accomodating and came out early morning to suite our schedule and he once again gave us a no-nonsense quotation. After getting our home energy audit, Appleby came out quickly as it was getting getting cold (using our gas fireplace to heat the home). Steve and Jimmy were fantastic! Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient! (what more can you ask for) They worked late that day to complete the job. One of our other fireplaces in my mancave would not reignite. Kyle came out the next morning and cleaned the pilot and got it working - he even cleaned the glass! Just like the installers, he was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and efficient! These guys are GOOD! I'm an Engineer and I have dealt with lots of trades. Do yourself a favour and call Appleby Systems for you next project. You will be writing a review like this!

    Replaced furnace and steam humidifier

    Steve and Jimmy did a great job and were a pleasure to have in our home. Showed good knowledge of the products and a good amount of resourcefullness to improvise appropriately

    Furnace and A/C installation

    We had a high efficiency furnace installed together with an A/C unit (replacing an AC from 1981) From Ryan's first visits (thanks for the advice on where to position the AC) and followup to the installation by Steve and Jimmy, (and thanks to Trevor for the thermostat install) the work went flawlessly and was done in a timely and professional manner. The entire group at Appleby is helpful and friendly to deal with. Steve and Jimmy know their work extremely well, exhibited humorous repartee when working and came back to complete the job of removing the old AC quuickly. We have used Appleby since 1981 and will continue to use their excellent services. They are a credit to this industry.

    Furnace and Air conditioner install

    Thanks to Steve and Jimmy on an excellent job at our Oakville home!! These installers are excellent!!! Would definitely recommend them to any of our neighbours!! The two stage furnace starts amazingly!
