We recently had to replace our home central air conditioning system during a very hot stretch in August 2018. We received a quote from the original service provider that installed the last system in 2007 and were interested in the Carrier Infinity line for efficiency and low dBA sound. Ryan Park came by and was very insightful on the “service warranty” business models used by some service providers and gave us a competitive quote on three Carrier Infinity models. We were very impressed with Ryan’s industry knowledge and his extensive installation experience, he gave us confidence in Appleby’s family business culture. Within two days the special order unit was received and we scheduled the install the next day. Our installers Jimmy and Steve arrived promptly as promised and did a fantastic job with the removal and installation of our new system. They were friendly, personable, professional and excellent communicators throughout the whole process. Being an Engineer, I was engaged with them and they walked me through all of the benefits of the new technology offered by Carrier’s Infinity system; our 9 year old furnace was also an Infinity line unit and the whole heating and cooling system communicates effectively through the recommended Infinity Touch digital programmable thermostat. Jimmy and Steve completed the installation and cleaned up everything to the point you could not tell they were here. This was our third air conditioning installation over 19 years and the customer experience was excellent. Two days after the installation, we received a follow up customer service call from Chris at the Appleby Systems office to see how everything went and she provided us with more service options to consider for our nearly out of warranty furnace.
