    Warranty service for failed inverters

    I have a 7 year old microfit on my home and garage had both PowerOne inverters fail over a 4 month period. My original installers were no longer responsive so I contacted New Dawn to see if they could assist me. They were very responsive and had a rep out quickly to assess the problem. They were able to ascertain that both inverters were under warranty and were able to coordinate with the manufacturer to receive the replacements and then performed the installation. In addition, they were able to repair the squirrel guards which had been damaged due to ice build up the previous year. New Dawn will be my solar service provider going forward.

    Tesla wall connector and panel upgrade

    I needed a Tesla wall charger and panel upgrade. I contacted multiple companies and New Dawn Solution was the most courteous and prompt in getting back with the quote and queries. I had the pleasure of having Nani to come for an estimate and walk through the process and took the time to address any questions. The electrician was very knowledgeable and went beyond expectation to get the work done. He did a great job. I was very happy with the overall experience of selecting New Dawn Solution. The price is reasonable. Overall I would highly recommend New Dawn Solution to others without hesitation.

    UPGRADE OF DISTRIBUTION PANEL 200 A/Tesla EV CHARGING OUTLET 60 A

    I contacted multiple companies to upgrade my home from 100 to 200 Ampere service and install a Tesla wall charger and was happy overall with selecting New Dawn. After I explained what I was looking for they gave me a fair price on the phone, I could tell they were knowledgable and experienced in my conversation. Their electrician who came to do the work was experienced and did a great job. Overall would recommend to others without hesitation.

    Solar panel repair

    The critter guard was broken and birds were nesting where they shouldn't have been. The system needed to be repaired as well. The job was well done. Thank you New Dawn.

    Roof & solor repairs.

    Roof& solor system was damage by racoon&squirrels, check for some one on Google to do the work,

    10kW Rooftop Solar Installation

    We contacted New Dawn to have a 10kW solar panel system installed. They were quick to quote and quick to get the ball rolling. They proposed a number of power (inverter/battery) options, as well as several rooftop solar panel layouts. As a turnkey solution, it was, for us, almost totally hands-off. The system was commissioned in May, 2018, and has been reliably producing power since then. We would definitely call on New Dawn for our future needs, as well as recommend them to friends and family. We are very pleased, and had a great experience with the New Dawn team.

    Awesome Power

    The Solar Power was installed in late 2017. It has been working very well. There has been no interruption other than the mother nature. It has been generating good revenue. I hope ONT government can continue the program to help the environment.

    Solar power inverter wasn't working

    Our solar power inverter wasn't working, and New Dawn was able to come and diagnose the problem. But when a new fuse wasn't enough to fix it, there was clearly more wrong in the electronics that would require a warranty repair. They were able to determine what would be involved in that with the manufacturer, and they also offered a new replacement inverter as an alternative. Since our broken inverter was almost 10 years old, we went with the new Sunny Boy inverter instead. Although it was frustrating to have our solar array offline, New Dawn staff were attentive and very helpful in getting it working again, and it was worked perfectly since.

    Tesla Charger Installation

    This is a second project that I've done with New Dawn, and the team continues to impress. The work included installing a new 60 Amp breaker, running a 50 ft conduit from electrical panel to garage, and installing a Tesla Charger inside the garage. The team did a very quick quote, and the project was very well coordinated from start to finish, including IESO inspection. The installation was quick, very clean, and the team even made some tweaks to older wiring to bring it up to code. Very satisfied, and would definitely recommend New Dawn.

    Excellent solar panel installation!

    New Dawn Energy were great to deal with from start to finish through a fairly lengthy process. New Dawn kept us in the loop as they worked with IESO, Burlington Hydro and other stakeholders. They were always available to answer questions and respond to our concerns. The final panel installation was very neatly done, with precision and an eye for aesthetics. Nani and team have also followed up several times since installation to make sure everything is working fine.
