Late at night we discovered water on the floor of the kitchen leaking into the basement so we needed a plumber fast. I Googled emergency plumbers for my Mom. When I looked up reviews I was worried since some reviews in Home Stars were really negative, so I was afraid I'd given her bad advice and we were worried what service we would get. But Anthony at Plumber.ca Newmarket was really nice on the phone and got the plumber Phil here really quickly. He fixed the leak and was really nice. They even called the next day to ask how we were. I was worried about how much money it cost, but Mom said it was worth it to get it fixed right away before it got worse. I'm glad they came.

We had a kitchen leak which appeared to be from the dishwasher, at midnight on a Monday. It was pouring into the basement. We needed a plumber right away. We Googled 24/7 Emergency Plumbers and found Plumber.ca The Customer Service Rep "Anthony" answered politely and assured us that the technician "Phil" was just finishing a job and would be at our home in 45 minutes. Phil showed up in 45 minutes as promised, was courteous and calm, which was very helpful since I was quite concerned! Phil was efficient and assured me that he would get the issue fixed. Once the leak was stopped Phil asked if there was any other plumbing requirements in the home since he would be happy to help while he was on the call. The fee covered the visit not by the hour. Yes, emergency plumbers are expensive, and I did not have the luxury of "shopping around" for a price... that's why it's an emergency! At least I have peace of mind to know there was no major damage, especially considering the damage that might have occurred if I had waited until the next day. The customer service rep Anthony called the next day to make sure I was satisfied with our service and if I had any questions he could help with. Considering these were total strangers, I felt their service was very caring and friendly. I would call them again in an emergency.

Service was excellent, professional and plumber was clean, knowledgeable and very courteous and polite. He came late due to a busy day and made sure all was taken care of properly.

pipe came off water meter; plumber did not have right part so put a temporary part on so that I could use water until he got the right part; he came and installed the part the day he got it even though it was very late at night by the time he could get here; very nice man and he did a good job

Bought a new toilet and tried to install it myself but failed miserably. Caused a pipe to start leaking as well. Had to call an emergency service. Mississauga plumbers couldn't make it the same day so they told me how to stop the pipe from leaking. Came the next day and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable (for the industry). Nice staff (I think Tony). Will call them the next time I need a plumber.

Had a leak in my ceiling. Called emergency toronto plumbers. They came within 5 hours of calling, which was surprising (took a couple days last time I called a plumber). Came in, fixed the leak. Kind staff. Highly recommend.

Very fast and efficient service for an evening service call. The clean-up was good too. I appreciated the service, especially with two persons - it helped the process.They were both friendly and efficient.

I received courteous & prompt service & my toilet works again. However, I thought the quote was high, but did not have time to get a second opinion & needed a working toilet. AFTER the job was completed I was advised not to pay any more money on repairs as it was showing it's 20-year age. I would have replaced the toilet if I knew this before they did the work. Feel like I was ripped off. Today I received a follow-up call and have asked for someone to contact me. It may change my opinion.

The rep -Tony - was very informative and efficient and prompt. We were very pleased with his service - BUT not so pleased with the pricing of the Valve that had to be replaced. We had no choice because we had to avoid water damage to the house. Bottom line - Service was good - Pricing was very high.

I had a basement leak and Plumber.ca came out to fix my leak asap. They found the leak fast and worked to minimize the damage to the ceiling of the basement and floors.The staff were professional and made suggestions to reduce costs.
