    Shower

Very professional service. Fixed the problem quickly on a Sunday evening. I was thankful to find them on such short notice. They left the work place clean and fixed another problem that I didn't even ask them to...good job.

    Fix leak under kitchen sink

I called plumber.ca to come and fix a leak under our kitchen sink. They quoted $750 and when I said that was too high, he reduced it to $240. I asked him to leave, as I could not trust them to do any work I my house. I had to pay the $99 service visit fee. Avoid this company.

    hot water pipe leak

Avoid calling plumber.ca - they are x2 up to x3 overpriced that normal plumbing services on the market. They charge $130+tax for the visit. I saw the company price book where the price was taken - all services are priced above $600

    Shower leak

Had a leak from shower drain that crushed through the family room ceiling below. Called Plumber.ca and was quoted $99.00 charge for diagnosing problem and providing an estimate to repair. I agreed and took advantage of a $25 discount coupon. Plumber showed within 2 hours. He took a look, went to his truck and returned with a quote for $1352.00. I asked how long a job it was to fix and was advised that it would take "about two hours". I said that's a very high hourly rate and he said "it includes parts" and customers prefer flat rates. I said I did not, what would it be hourly and re responded that "we don't do that". I asked him to call the office and come up with a better price and he returned telling he "it's your lucky day; $1000". I told him to leave, paid $74.00 + tax, called another plumber and had it fixed for $412.00 two hours later. Plumber.ca is a place that you're best to stay away from. Pity the elderly....

    Plumbing repair

Our condo stated flooding because of a leak behind our dishwasher. These people charged a 99 dollar fee to come out which is a bit pricey but whatever. But the guy they sent did nothing more than open the cabinet door under the sink and proclaim that it would cost close to 600 dollars more for him to do anything more. At this point he didn't even KNOW what the problem was as the cause was obviously behind the built in dishwasher but he needed that amount of money to proceed? For 99 bucks the least I would expect him to do is pull out the dishwasher (not a hard thing to do. Even I can do that) and see what the problem ACTUALLY IS. 99 bucks down the drain which is really hard to take as we need to find the money to fix the flooring of our home that was damaged by the water. The guy on the phone I called to complain was at least polite but that's the only good thing I can say. Avoid this company.

pper water pipe in open ceilinging

This company is the most expensive plumbing company I have ever used! My husband called them after seeing the 4 revieiws on Homestars.Well, who wrote these reveiws? They charged my senior husband double the 3 quotes I got over the phone after the fact! All 3 are well known plumbers in Toronto! My handyman whom opened the ceiling for him , was outraged at the price! He was here a little over an hour and the job took 45minutes! The company states that there will be a $99 fee just to come out but if you use them for the job it is taken off the bill. So for 45minutes he charged 584.22 plus hst less the $99 ! So that makes it 683.22 in reality! For 45minutes work and a high temp solder torch! This was not an emergency and they were callled on a Friday in the afternoon, plumber was supposed to come to our house in the afternoon, never showed up called at 10pm that night! Next morning at 830am another plumber called from the same company , he insisted he come by 930am, we have to wakeup our tenant for this with no notice to speak of. I do not think they have a certral office , looks to me like a receptionist and plumbers with cell phones, which is not allowed in Ontario, I amy be wrong but it looks like they have 12 offices! As per the bill of sale. No wonder they charge double everyone else! Large over head I guess. I was so upset when my husband told me what he extorted out of us, that I called the company and was told by a receptionist someone would be calling us back, that was 2 days ago! The other 3 plumbing companies I called all quoted between $220-$300 for the same job. BE AWARE of this company! I will be taking this further , this is just my 1st step!.

    Repair leaking water pipe

Contractor working in basement accidentally bore a hole in water pipe. The team of two from plumber.ca arrived and did an extremely professional job of sealing the hole. Both plumbers were very knowledgable, personable and did a great job!

We had two projects this summer and they did a great the two jobs. Both Dan and Tony were so friendly, timely and got everything handled without an issue. Great ordering and installation times, worked around my schedule and were very informative about what needed to be done. I would highly recommend them! We are calling them next month to repair a bathroom faucet. Kathy Reilly

So happy I called, got there number from a friend that used Plumber.ca. They repaired a shower faucet in my master bedroom that leaked all over my floor. The plumber named Ben was so nice to us even though he came out after hours. All was fixed and it works like new. Great service, friendly people, will call them for all other work I need.
