Small Animals Pest Control (Squirrel, Raccoon & Possum)
Awesome work. Really happy with responsiveness. The team came out and was able to extract the dead racoon from under my shed. They provided great tips to help keep them from coming back. Would not hesitate to call back.

Small Animals Pest Control (Squirrel, Raccoon & Possum)
I am extremely happy with the service that Sande Wildlife Control provided. He was responsive, efficient and courteous; throughout the process of removing a rat and a rat nest from our property, we were provided with clear explanation as to what was happening and how he was handling it. His great work sealing off all entrances and providing a single route for the rats to leave, means we've been free of these creatures ever since. A short time after the work to remove the rat was complete, I was able to give him a call and ask for his direction in removing the leftover nest, to which he promptly replied came to help out and removed the nest quickly. I would recommend Sand Wildlife Control to anyone looking to help with their wildlife issues.

Raccoon removal
I called company regarding suspected racco0n(s) in storage area above rear door of my home. Sande came very promptly following my sending him pictures of their location. He told me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He extracted 2 raccoons humanely from the space. Discussed need to close off entrance to storage area to prevent further raccoon traffic. Decided on heavy gauge wire which he quickly and expertly installed. Finished with a walk around of property with workable suggestions to prevent further wildlife problems on roof/chimney area. All and all very professional, efficient, fair cost and friendly service experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Squirrel Eviction
Sande solved our critter problem flawlessly. He arrived the next morning with another technician and they performed the job in around an hour-- super fast because they are expert. Deeply knowledgeable and highly experienced, Sande obviously has a passion for wildlife and keeping them wild and out of your home. While there was only one hole, we opted for wire mesh screen across the entire front of our century home. While that may have doubled the price (and was more than I had expected to pay), that perimeter is now fully secured. Sande installed a one-way door and even spray-painted it black to blend in with the shingles. Another corner where one layer of wood was chewed away was also covered with sheet metal so they weren't tempted to gnaw away more. Sande is not only a wildlife control expert but he is a sincere and genuine person. He was great to deal with on the phone and in person, and cares about his customers. His work comes with a 5 year guarantee, and calling his services an "eviction" tells you what you need to know about his humane approach. Prompt, professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Helping with the birds' nest in the vent
Last month We have used Sande Wildlife Control services to help us remove/relocate the birds' nest (with baby birds in it) from our vent leading out of the main floor washroom. Sande and his team arrived on time, were very well prepared and organized. They have constructed a temporary house for the nest and the baby birds and located it right below the vent on the brick wall. They also disinfected the vent and secured it (along with another vent entrance at our backyard) so that the same situation would not happen again in the future. Everything was done very careful and professional. About 3 weeks after the initial work Sande came back to remove the temporary house - the birds already left it by then. We will definitely use Sande services if we ever need wildlife related help down the road.
