    Squirrels in the attic

    Lucky for us, the neighbours noticed the pitter patter of feet on their roof and called Sande. He quickly determined that the problem was with our house and very nicely left us his card. We called, he came the same day blocked off the access with a one way screen, and then came back to seal it up completely later on. He also installed some metal cages to prevent access to our roof vents and installed a large metal piece to prevent the squirrels getting back in. Great service and very trustworthy. He was very open and honest about his services.

    wildlife removal

    Prompt, on-time, curtious service. Explained the cost up front, did an inspection and then provided the required resolution. I would recommend Sande Wildlife to anyone. Excellent service above and beyond!

    Squirrel removal

    Had a live squirel in our living room!! Sande must have sensed the urgency in my voice because he came right away. Caught the critter within minutes and released him. We'd been trying for 45-60 mins and no luck getting him out. Then he went up to the roof to do spot checks. He also made suggestions on prevention in future. All around satisfied.

    Pest Control

    Sande is very professional and knowledgable, he came and did a clean job for us and we haven't had any problems since...he's our guy for life! Thank you Sande!! We would definitely recommend him for anyone that has pest control issues in their home.

    raccoon removal and wire closure around deck

    Sande came over to the house on several occassions over the past month to monitor raccoons under my deck in the backyard. he wired the whole deck and place a one-way door trap to let the trapped raccoons safely out before he enclosed the deck. he came by several times to make sure that there were no more raccoons before taking away the one-way door and sealing it all up for good. what a relief not to have to listen to those screeching, fighting raccoons under my deck while i am trying to sleep! he has given me peace of mind. Thanks Sande for saving my sanity. Stan.

    Critter Removal

    I found Sande online, checked his reviews on Homestars and gave him a call. All those "10" reviews are justified! He called back quickly, was onsite within a day, did a thorough inspection including pictures to show us (good thing as I wasn't climbing up on the roof in the cold and snow...which he seems happy to do!), gave a breakdown of options and pricing with a recommendation, and then promptly executed it. As a bonus, we also got to see video of him coaxing one of our raccoon "tenants" out the one-way door. He was responsive to follow-up concerns on the second raccoon that took a little longer to leave. And when, only a few days later, a squirrel chewed its way in to takeover the now vacant attic - he promptly dealt with that as well, even proactively offering a reduced cost because it was so soon (even though it was a new animal and a new problem and he could just as easily have treated it that way). As an added bonus, he has done some minor roof repairs while he was up there at fair prices! Overall, a great guy who believes in providing reliable, prompt, courteous, and fair service.

    Wildlife control

    My husband called Wildlife Control on a Monday morning about a raccoon problem in our roof, and within 1 hour I rec'd a call from Sande. Soon after he was at my door and up on my roof on a bitter cold day checking out the situation. He was up there for a long time, took pictures, showed me the problem, helped me decide the best action and then back up on the roof. From that day on we have heard no raccoons. Sande came back within the 7 day period to check as he said. I thought he was professional and courteous as well as helpful. Raccoon problem solved. Would recommend to friends and neighbours.

    Squirrel removal

    I was hearing the scratching and running over my roof for last few weeks. Then I figured out that squirrels were living in the roof of my home. I called Sande to remove squirrels from my home roof. Sande came fully prepared and had all the knowledge and expertise to remove squirrels. He inspected and gave me competitive quotes. Sande inspected thoroughly and worked professionally and efficiently. Next day the squirrels were out of my roof and after few days still I don’t hear any noises from my roof. Great job Sande. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and will call him again if have such need in future.

    Removal of raccoon from ceiling

    Realised we had a raccoon problem. Called Sande who answered promptly. Despite the cold Sande came to my home at 7.30 am and after providing me with a detailed explanation carried out the necessary work in a very professional manner. Sande is very helpful, even did some extra work at no cost. I would highly recommend Sande to anyone seeking to solve a wildlife problem. Overall great guy and great service.

    Animal control

    Sande, AAA Sande Wildlife Control, provided prompt and professional service. After hearing/seeing raccoons under my front porch and trying unsuccessfully to evict them on my own, I called Sande via recommendation. He arrived at my house within a few hours, gave me a quote and proceeded to do the work. I especially liked the fact that Sande used a one-way door to ensure any remaining animals could leave without issue. He seemed genuinely concerned about the animals' welfare. I would recommend Sande and his company for animal control work.
