    Raccoon removal from attic

    For many nights we heard noise in the attic and we were sure we had a raccoon. I called Sande in the morning an he arrived with in an hour and confirmed it. Within a few hrs the Raccoon was gone. Sande Raccoon proofed my attic to ensure that they would not come back. Its been 4 weeks and all is quite in the attic. Sande thanks for your help!

    Raccoon and squirrel removal

    I had raccoons ripping up my roof, and then squirrels getting in. The first time I called Sande, he did the work promptly and without any real problems. However, the racoons started ripping up my neighbour's house, and then the squirrels were coming into my side of the roof. Therefore, a repair was needed on my neighbour's roof. Long story short, Sande mistakenly only sent us the quote for one of the two houses, and we proceeded with the understanding that the work being proposed would cost us approximately $250 each. Once the work was completed, the misunderstanding was revealed, and we ended up owing something like $600 each! We were stunned, and clearly the whole thing was a misunderstanding. I requested that he give us the day to come to a constructive solution in this case, and he refused to do so! I was asking for one day to figure things out, and although I was a repeat customer with a proven track record of paying my bill, he simply would not even give us one day to work things out. He promptly ripped up all his work, was incredibly rude to my tenants, and drove off. The whole thing was handled extremely unprofessionally, given the fact that only 1 of the original 2 quotes had been sent to us!

    As you remember Meagan, that the first time I arrived at your place only the bare minimum was done to your house to remove the squirrels from your house. All three openings were secured and were informed that you had a problem roofline and was declined. A week later the squirrels got back inside which I came and fixed it for free. The original cost was $450 for the work on your house on the first visit. To say you don't remember me stating the price before I sent you both a quote, to call you to say I sent both quoted invoices to you and you complain why I did over the telephone, and to say after four hours of work that you were going pay half of your quote and your neighbour ignore phone calls leaving me out $700 of work on his side, what would you expect a company to do? The work was completed at 11:30am and the work was removed at 4:45pm after payment issues were not resolved. As a result we end up losing four hours of labour, materials cut up to secure both houses roofline as well as work materials that can't be reused. No one was out to speak to us at any time. The next day your tenant emailed me to tell me that she could hear the animals in the attic by email which I responded by stating she needed to speak to you as I was no longer servicing your address.     Squirrel Removal

    Sande promptly attended our home within 24 hours of us contacting him. He was professional and fixed the roof so they could get out...but they can't get back in. Excellent work. Very appreciative.

    Wildlife removal

    Sande came to remove squirrels from our dormer on the same day we called him. He was a complete professional and did the work in less than an hour. He also inspected for potential problems areas we might run into. He was extremely efficient and courteous and I feel we paid fair value for the work. Highly recommended.

    Raccoon Removal

    For 2 nights we heard noise in the attic and we were sure we had a raccoon in the attic. I called Sande in the morning an he arrived the same day and confirmed it. Within 24 hrs the Raccoon was gone. Sande Raccoon proofed my attic to ensure that they would not come back. Its been 4 weeks and all is quite in the attic. Sande thanks for your help!

    Sande Wildlife Control

    I called Sande Wildlife Control to have a wasp nest removed. Sandy was on time and very professional. He even returned two days later to take care of a second wasp nest, which I didn't know I had. I would definitely recommend their service for wildlife removal. Thanks

    Raccoon removal

    I called Sande from AAA, he came the next day , his work was great , and on time, he was very professional He removed the raccoons from my attic, and hopefully the animals come back. I would definitely recommend him.

    Raccoon removal

    Sande was able to come to our house within 2 hours of calling him and solved our raccoon problem within a day. He was extremely responsive and professional. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Thank you Sande!

    Eviction of raccoon (s) under deck and prevention of other critters moving in

    Raccoons and possibly other animals had made themselves a comfy home under my deck and underneath the base of my sunroom. I would block one entrance and they would find another. It was becoming very smelly and messy. Sande answered the call right away (I had called 2 other services). He was knowledgeable, experienced, hard working and thorough. Sande also cares about animals and has great respect for wildlife. He worked all day to close off any possible entrances, digging around the perimeter and putting down wire mesh fencing. He also inspected the exterior of the house, including the roof for signs of animals causing damage and attempting to trespass. It was very expensive but I found him to be honest and he also guaranteed his work for 5 years! Thank you Sande! I have already recommended him to friends and family.

    Squirrels Living in Roof

    Sande from Wildlife Control was able to come to my rescue again :) I had been battling with squirrels living in my roof. Months ago Sande installed two one way doors on either side of my roofline along the eavstrough so that the squirrels inside could get out but the little buggers chewed their way in at another location. Sande was able to locate the new point of entry and installed wire mesh along the edge of the roofline/eavestrough, repaired some shingles and caulked around the screws to prevent any water damage that could potentially leak into the areas were the wire mesh was fastened. I was totally impressed with his timely response, professional manner and tidy job. I would recommend Sande from Wildlife Control to anyone looking for Wildlife Remediation. Thanks Sande!
